Hi, I am Gautam Krishna K former student of JNTU k (my roll number is 12131A0821 ) I've completed my BTech in the year 2017 and in order to collect my MTech OD they said i needed to submit my BTech OD which i haven't collected at that time so now when I'm trying to login into the website of JNTU k to apply for OD I'm unable to login saying that my password is wrong and when I'm trying to change or recover the password it is not happening. Please help me with a solution so that i can apply for my OD and continue with the process

When I check my OD status online it is showing as below:
Your Original Degree Certificate is already printed on[protected]:56:59.

However I didn't receive it yet.

How to proceed from now on in getting my OD ?

My OD was printed on 20th JAN 2022, i can see this info in jntuk portal. but still i didnt get mt OD through courier. i tried to call the university many times but they are not responding calls. kindly look into this and give me needful suggestion.

I have seen No phone number is available to take my call thats all enlisted in jntu kakinada sites to call for original degree for my degree for 2011 passout.
Then why the hell people publish numbers to reach for the grievance in jntu kakinada site. Tried already callinglon all phone numbers nearly 40 times for 2 to 4 days nearly 400 times, but no one lifting phone and speaking to help to get my od. (Sometimes comes busy, some times ringing and then suddenly become busy and sometime out of reach)
The site they have, tired to apply on it using online procedure, it say original degree already printed. But i didnt received yet, i live much far now in chennai, and its very difficult to go over there and collect if i dont know how much time it would take for them to give me degree if i reach them personally, dont know what todo now
The contact forms on there site already filled by me several times with current details, but no call or email from jntu kakinada uptil now. Are they even working or they just opened an institution.

I am Gummadi Naga Lakshmi, i have passed out in 2019 b. Tech with 15HT1A0529, i am trying to login for od application online but after registered I am unable to login.getting error like invalid mail id.if I try to register with other mailid that also not working getting popup like you have already registered with so and so mail. please check and clear this issue. No one is responding for the provided contacts with website phone numbers.

I have applied for my OD in online JNTU kakinada and the status in online showing that OD Certificate is printed on[protected] but still not received.

My name is Gopa Naga Krishnakanth from 2015 Batch. I was applying for OD and while filling the regestration form I gave may Mail ID which is correct but it mistakenly taken "gmail.comq" instead of "gmail.com".

I even tried to Re-register with the correct Mail ID, but it's showing the Hall Ticket number was already registered with another Mail ID.

I am 2017 passed out, I have applied for my od on September 30 and on the website I got a message that my od is printed on October 22 but still I did not received it .I had made many calls to the university but no one of lifting or it is busy .one week before they said that wait for one week you will receive the post but I did not get it .now from two days I am calling to the office numbers they are not lifting .if no one is connecting how can my problem get solved.

I forget my password for the JNTUK online portal. Now I'm trying to reset the password after entering the email address a pop us coming stating invalid email. I have already paid fee my for OD and I need it urgently. Now even I tried creating another account different email address it was showing my hall ticket number was linked to my email id with which I'm unable to reset my password.

I have applied for my original degree in JNTU Kakinada website and after many days it shows that OD is printed on 27th September but i have not received any tracking number of my OD through SMS or email. I applied to jntuk OD three months back till now I didn't get my OD. But when I am checking the status of my hall ticket (14L31A0536) for OD, it is showing as printed since last one month. Can you please check and let me know, if there is any pending thing left from your side. And there is no contact available for asking our queries. Can you please check my complaint and please send my OD asap.

I applied od in may 18 2021, , but i am not received my od..I checked in pending list my registration number is not there in that. I had applied for the original degree ( Roll No: 138W1A04M8)and had done the payment but it is still showing payment pending but money was deducted from my bank account .Due to this I am unable to proceed to the next steps and upload documents. I have contacted the help desk multiple times but there is no response. I am in urgent need of My OD please look into this matter and provide a solution ASAP....

I have applied for my orginal degree certificate in the year 2014 right after the notification from the university after the successful payment the portal broke, when I check my certificate status it is showing as already printed, I have tried alot on the site portal numbers but no use no one lifted the call to guide, what the purpose of providing contact numbers then, I sincerely request the jntu k reach on [protected] name Srikanth L Hall ticket number 09X41A0540 to resolve the issue as early as possible
