JNTUH — In B.tech certificates my name not as per 10th certificates

I'm a passed out student of mallareddy institute of technology (MRIT[protected] batch. problem is in my b.tech certificates my name is not as per 10th certificates. I want to my name in b.tech certificates as per 10th certificates. And last date of my original degree apply is 29th September 2021. Before receiving the original degree how can I change my name on B.tech OD as per 10th certificate
