JNTUKakinada — Issuing of OD

Hello,

I have applied for OD on Sep 15, 2021. Application number: 158W1E0057. Since i need OD of my MBA on urgent basis for the purpose of Document verification in a Bank, I have submitted a request letter to JNTUK on Sep 29, 2021. asking that i need OD urgently. i have provided the acknowledgment(fee receipt), PC and a request letter. and the university members told me that i will receive after 10-15 days. But still not received my OD and the status is still showing as "not printed" even after 15 days. My application number is not in the pending list also. The university staff members are not responding to any calls. The controller of examinations number mentioned on website which is stated "only for urgent purposes" failed to attend any of the calls. and i have mailed them too.
My future prospects are on hold because of this OD. and the university didn't even seem to care even after submitting request letter.
I don't know who to approach regarding this issue. If the university cant manage issuing of OD through online, why make it online then? Please set a TAT for every process and make sure to resolve it within TAT.

Its already getting very late for the OD. I have visited JNTUK two times, they are simply saying, OD will come to your address. I don't know the members of the JNTUK are even working or not.
