JNTUKakinada — Not received Original Degree

sir,
i visited jntu kakinada for 2 times for my certificates to change name because of small mistake .They shows a ridiculous behaviour towords students and elder people .of course they were working for many colleges.But we dont know how to fill the forms and some conditions.Certificates are very very important to us they are part in our life .i dont know name of the man who sitting at back end .who is slim and height nearly 5.7 -5.10 having spectacles he has all district wise books to see whether certificates are given or not.He using bad language towords students and elder people.Ofcourse if they dont give correct ans its ok for us ...but he is using harsh language to words my grandfather

please take a serious action towords him
