[Resolved] TRUGlobal Software India Pvt Ltd — Given Fake Job Offer | |
Hi, when i was working in one of the FORTUNE 500 companies, got offer from TRUGlobal. they released the offer immediately and insisted to resign to my parent company, i did the same. -i was given offer letter on March 20th and joining date as March 25th. so i resigned & left my Parent Company because i have only 5days to join in TRUGlobal. -they mentioned march-25th as the joining date but i wasn't given full details of joining till march-24th and i didn't get any response from HR & management even i was continuously calling them. -they said "Position on-boarding was on hold for one week", you need to wait for one week, would keep update you" , i said Ok,i wait for one week. -they were keep on saying joining date was not fixed and i didn't get response at all. -after 2 days they said "we didn't response from client & project will be delayed so your offer has been withdrawn" & i was shocked. is it justice ? -i came from very poor family & have been struggling from many family issues because of money problem. -Finally Because of TRUGlobal i lost one month salary & job in TOP MNC. -TRUGlobal Company should be blacklisted because it gave fraud offers , if not many employees like me will be troubled in their career. i don't want to think about this company at all TRUGGlobal, may be it was the client fault. would like to go back to my previous company.

This Organization hired me for some project. After joining the organization they fired me without giving proper reason. Like this business they are running from long time, Management is very worst. Work environment is very pathetic. Never ever join this organization. I have been working with Truglobal for quite somtime now and so far my experience is good. Before joining itself, I had cleared about my work location, client, work profile, etc and then only accepted the offer.
This is true with any organization to understand and know the details of your job before you accept the offer and resign from your previous organization.
Also the organizations should try to be more professional and not just money making business.

i was approached by TruGlobal to work at one of their client locations in Pune. I was skeptical initially since I had not heard about the company. But after numerous talks with management and client interviews I accepted the offer. I have never had any issues with TruGlobal since then.
There was a gap of one week from the joining date given to me by TruGlobal and client joining date due to some infrastructural issues at the client side. But TruGlobal put me on the rolls on the promised joining date. The client company have now absorbed me as their permanent employee and TruGlobal made that process very simple, easy and fast.
I understand your frustration, but I am guessing there must be some major issue from the client side in your case which led to this whole issue.

I have faced a very bad experience with this worst consultancy, newer newer newer accept offer with this disgusting company.
I was working with CMM level 5 company due to pay hike, I accepted the offer and they give us a bull reply for joining date.
so guys and gals, please accept his offer at all blindly.

Worst company to work with. There is no value for the employees. Truglobal is always behind money. They do not value employees, never ever make any mistake in being a part of it. check with the employees based out in bangalore. they wud let u knw hw and wat they feel about their organisation!!! Worst company ever with zero ethics and worse management,
Truglobal has startup culture which helps in quick career growth independence to think new ideas and propose to clients without any approval from managers helps in giving better solutions to clients. Professional and talented colleagues are a treat to work with in Truglobal. Very Friendly environment

I have had many wonderful experiences here who directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly have been involved in making it happen.
I am considering myself truly fortunate to have been associated with this great company and HR team who interacted with me.
Especially I am very thankful to the Management of TRUGlobal who have clear, transparent and employee oriented policies and take care of individual employees irrespective of his/her location. This is a wonderful thing which I observed in TRUGlobal, is missing from big organization too.
Actually I am moving away due to health as well as personal reason but would be available to help any TRUGlobal employees on any open source technologies and again want to be a part of this great company in near future.
I am adding my feedback, since I believe if cons are there even pros has to be expressed too.

Pros : It has got good top IT Clients and great opportunities . Employees has good growth in terms of package and has got challenging work .
Cons: This company has got the most useless HR on the earth . She gives all her work to her sub ordinates and does no work at office and finally shows the management everything was done by her . All the employees are frustrated just because of her . She has no worth designating as a HR . She does not even bother about employees needs & problems . What is the use of being a HR in a company . Not even a Microsoft CEO will be busy like her without doing any work . Whatever an employee puts infront of her, she says am very busy . She does not even try to retain employees when some send a resignation.Such a useless person . Management is closing eyes in this case blindly listening to her whatever the fake information which being put infront of the them . She is a big time actor . Untill and unless management takes a decision, employees wont be satisfied . Any HR supports an employee incase some new is brought up, but she objects each and everything, such a sadist . tg will be saved only when management throws the currrent HR out of the organisation. She has got no bit of knowledge related to HR. She is good to be admin and not HR. Worse human being ever seen. who sits uselessly through out the day and does nothing good to employees. name of tg is getting spoilt because of the great HR(MARY ELIZABETH) keeping her in this place tg will never grow. management pleaseeeee open your eyes atleast now and save ur employees. don not loose good people just for one dirty person!

MARY ELIZABETH why dont you grow up. Being rude to subordinates does not mean that your are the CEO of the organisation and shout at any possible people. Do understand your limits and then better behave because when people give it back to you then you would not like it.Meaning of HR manager must be taught to you as being POLITE is not present in your dictionary..Inspite of writing reviews in this forum, it is not making any changes in you as you have grown shameless day by day. Neither you are changing nor the management would like to bring in some discipline in you.
TRUGLOBAL - if the hiring management is really go through these reviews then please Throw HR.MARRY out. i lost approximately 2months salary and mentally tortured by your company. i don't want to resolve this complaint asap, as here all employees who were cheated by TRUGLOBAL can share thier experiences.
