Hi,
when i was working in one of the FORTUNE 500 companies, got offer from TRUGlobal. they released the offer immediately and insisted to resign to my parent company, i did the same.
-i was given offer letter on March 20th and joining date as March 25th. so i resigned & left my Parent Company because i have only 5days to join in TRUGlobal.
-they mentioned march-25th as the joining date but i wasn't given full details of joining till march-24th and i didn't get any response from HR & management even i was continuously calling them.
-they said "Position on-boarding was on hold for one week", you need to wait for one week, would keep update you" , i said Ok,i wait for one week.
-they were keep on saying joining date was not fixed and i didn't get response at all.
-after 2 days they said "we didn't response from client & project will be delayed so your offer has been withdrawn" & i was shocked. is it justice ?
-i came from very poor family & have been struggling from many family issues because of money problem.
-Finally Because of TRUGlobal i lost one month salary & job in TOP MNC.
-TRUGlobal Company should be blacklisted because it gave fraud offers , if not many employees like me will be troubled in their career. Was this information helpful? | 
Employees are treated like slaves.
They will hire you and force you to join quickly. they say we will give full 1 months/2month notice .but as soon as the project is over they will fire you in 15 days.
They give only BASIC when no project but this will not be mentioned when hiring or in offer letter.
They will change their mind on the fly and don't care about any written or verbal commitment and try to twist everything to their favor and don't care if employees are ruined.
DO NOT JOIN this Company.
