I had an interview scheduled with truglobal. The recruiter was kind enough to schedule and follow up with me on a timely manner. The worst was when i met the recritment/ta manager - diwakar. I have never met anyone so unprofessional in my career. He was yawning throughout the interview, dint even read through my cv, no questions asked about wrk exp. He only asked why i was quitting and bad body language. Wake up you are an hr please dont...

They pay you only basic saying you are on bench

The company hardly has any in house projects. They say you are full time hire but only deploy you to client locations.
If the client want you to take full time this company does not allow.
They have no standard rules in case of holidays or for salary revisions.
They make up as they go.
They do not mention anything in the beginning about bench pay
But suddenly say that they will pay only basic salary especially...

Conducts Fake interviews repeatedly for the post of Senior Executive - Administration

cheating employees

TRUGLOBAL - if the hiring management is really go through these reviews then please Throw HR.MARRY out. i lost approximately 2months salary and mentally tortured by your company. i don't want to resolve this complaint asap, as here all employees who were cheated by TRUGLOBAL can share thier experiences....

Given Fake Job Offer

Hi,

when i was working in one of the FORTUNE 500 companies, got offer from TRUGlobal. they released the offer immediately and insisted to resign to my parent company, i did the same.

-i was given offer letter on March 20th and joining date as March 25th. so i resigned & left my Parent Company because i have only 5days to join in TRUGlobal.

-they mentioned march-25th as the joining date but...
