Jobishh.com — Delay in refund of money paid

I paid Rs 92200. After repeated calls, they agreed to pay Rs 70753 within 30 working days and I submitted the refund form for the same.
Even after completion of 32 days, they are saying that there is problem in database, we will drop cheque in my account as soon as possible.
They are dragging this . If this continues, I will file case in consumer court, Cyber police station.
Please help me to get the money.

Updated by Bheemana Still, I have nor received refund. Jobishh team not responding to calls and emails also.
If I do not get refund, I will file police complaint in couple of days.
