The chain emails clearly indicate the process they follow and methods to make fools of job seekers.
If someone knows the process of filing a complaint or process to get a refund please suggest.

Thanks for sharing the document with me, however, this is no good. It is a generic information provided on the websites also.
It’s about two months now and I have not seen any progress on my profile and not received anything positive from your organization. There has been no progress till date, no calls, you have not shown any suitable openings or even called to discuss my resume.
