Jobsweg.com — Refund payment not received back from Jobsweg recruiter from Delhi

Hi,
I received a call on 27 Mar 2019 asking if I was interested in switching jobs & I confirmed as yes. Then they told me that I would need to pay the registration fees of Rs. 3, 540 which I did as per their request. Then they passed the phone to a different person who then demanded Rs 7, 670 & like this in all they took a total amount of Rs 77, 688 from me which I made through Internet banking on the same day. Amount bifurcation as below.

Immediately next day I came to know that I was transferred in my same organization to the IT dept. So I called up Mr. Rajiv Desai who was their so-called Business Relationship Manager asking them that I do not want to pursue this job search from their organization anymore & would like to have my refund back. He then told me that they had already paid the amount out to the vendor & now it will take around 45-50 days to get that refunded back. I told them that I want my money back. For a few months, I was in contact with them on mobile no ([protected]). I was continuously asking them to refund my money & they would say that we will reimburse it very soon.
Then I started recording their calls on my mobile phone which I have it handy with me now.
I have sent them numerous reminders & also mentioned that I will be formally lodging a complaint with the police. Then they responded that they will refund my money within a month & this email communication happened in the month of Oct'19. Again they did not stick to their commitment. Then
finally, on 06 Jan 2020, I received another email from a lady named Aditi Sharma who stated herself as their Cancellation Head & apologized for the delay & mentioned that I would receive the money within15-20 days. She gave me the cancellation id, & some other ids via email & asked me to confirm my bank account details. She mentioned that their Accounts team would reach out to me & I need to tell them this reference number & based on which they would then refund my money back to my bank account which I have provided to them. Now it is almost 4 months + to this conversation & to date, I have not heard anything from them. I have sent almost 50+ emails to them on their email id which is ([protected]@gmail.com).
Few of the people with whom I interacted on the phone are (Zoya, Rajiv Desai, Srinivas Rao) to name a few.

My only fault was that I blindly trusted these guys & paid out the money without even doing a background check. I do not want to lose my hard-earned money at any cost.

I have all the messages on my phone & the voice recordings on my mobile phone. Additionally, all the email communication which I had with them right from 27 Mar 2019.

Desirable Resolution - I only expect to receive my entire money back.
