Jobswent.com is a fraudulent employment agency. Their registration process is designed in a way to lure the customers into buying their services by making false commitments of guaranteed interviews, in the name of hidden job opportunities not availabile in the market. The terms and conditions are shared as part of the invoice copy, after 24 hours of purchase. All the points specified in the terms and conditions are contradictory to the statements made by their sales representatives at the time of purchase, and they refuse to take responsibility for the commitments made by their own staff members.in fact it is shocking that they themselves will call you to warn against any correspondence with their own staff. Their refund policy is shared as part of the invoice terms, after 24 hours, which specifies that the customer can avail refund within 24 hours of purchase at a nominal deduction of 20%. However they have designed their process such that, invoice is shared after 24 hours, which doesn't leave any scope for the customer to avail the refund!! It is almost impossible to reach them on their customer support numbers - [protected]/ [protected]. The staff who answers these numbers is not positioned to direct the call to the concerned people for resolution of complaints nor can he/she provide any resolution. The only response you get is, that a mail has been sent to the concerned department, however their is no revert back for providing resolution. Same goes for their support email id - [protected]@jobswent.com I have been repeatedly following up with them on their support numbers and email id, over the last 10 days regarding the status of my refund which was guaranteed over mail. However there is absolutely no response from their side. It's important to sensitise everyone against such money racketeering companies and also take appropriate legal action to protect the interests of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per the discussion over the mail was very clear that refund will be initiated to you’re a/c in 72 working hours after verifying by the accounts team, So would like to apprise that team has given proper response to you over the mail as well and was very clear that the refund status also. Team has responded on time and initiated the refund as per TAT. To make coordination with the team and it required timely responses hence, its a kind request to call on our cooperate number or mail regarding any other issue, our team is ready to provide assistance as always.
