JobsWent — not received the refund amount

As part of availing jobswent services, i had to make a payment of rs.4130 towards registration on 03rd may 2018. I received a 'transaction failed' message on both the attempts i made. However, on the 2nd attempt, the representative - mr. Bharat who was assisting me on the call, confirmed that they have received the payment on my 2nd attempt. But the amount had got deducted from my bank account on both the instances. When i informed of the same to mr. Bharat, he assured me that i will be refunded if they have received an excess payment within 24 hours. I waited till 07th may and since i didn't receive the refund of rs. 4130, i mailed them at [protected]@jobswent.com & [protected]@jobswent.com reminding them of the refund. They responded to me the same day mentioning they would revert within 72 hrs. I haven't received their response or the refund even after sending another reminder on 09th may.
Submitting a complaint here in anticipation of my refund from jobswent sooner.
