I had applied through agent from Tamil nadu for job in kuwait. he told he has to booked medical appointment so myself and my father applied in good faith and paid him 16000 for medical for kuwait. He told us that before medical you would have visa in your hand and then you can go for the medical . But visa never came he rescheduled the medical appointment then also he did not give any visa. So i cancelled the process and told him to refund the money and it has been around 1 month above that he is not picking up the phone telling some reason and delaying the payment of refund money. Please help me in this regard
