There was a duplicate order placed on www.jockey.in due to their website issue. I have written to the customer care dept requesting to arrange the return of one order and refund the amount. Per policy the products won't be accepted if the package is opened. I have sent them a screenshot of the entire package as it was recieved by me. The entire package is sealed and no products have not been opened as it was a complete duplicate set of products. There has been no response from the customer care even after 6-8 followup emails.
