I have purchased inners from jockey showroom and within a week the cloth is damaged as they mentioned it is bamboo fabric cloth.after washing the inners got holes everywhere

Trunk underwear/exchange

I have bought a pair of jockey trunk underwear from a Jockey store in The Capital Mall Nalasopara on 12/4/22 which cost me rs 848. when i went to the store i informed the person that ita my first time buying a trunk model so i m not familiar with the size, so the person the measured ny boy's waist & recomended a L size & i thought they being experinced would recomend a correct size then to i requested to open & show me a Lsize for which he refused n instead showed me a Ssize kept in their display & said it will come in same pattern but size difference, so i trusted them & took the product. when my son tried one of them it was not evem going up his thigh. The very nxt day i send my son for an exchange they refused it. I m a working single mother, So i was not getting time for the exchange.but on 30/4/22 i do visited the store & asked for an exchange in size but they rudely refused it, i went to the mall manager to complaint & they refused him also but the manager supported me & said the person is behaving wrong & he would support me if i complaint against him. I would have never asked for a exchange if it was my mistake of asking them the size but it was recomended by them.

Threading of trunk

This is regarding a trunk that I purchased from Jockey Store, Lajpat Ngar, New Delhi.
After 20-30 days of purchase, I see that threading in trunk started growing in the product.
I take the product back to the store manager, who assured me a replacement at the time of purchase withing 30days.
He also agreed that the product is in very bad condition, and asked me to contact Jockey customer care, and denied me to replace from his end, which he had promised earlier.
After I contacted the Jockey customer care, they asked me to send to e-mail the product to their registered e-mail address.
After some time, they haven't given me any updated, and after continuous follow ups from my side, they said as their quality team hasn't found any issue. (The condition of product is clearly visible, and the Jockey Store Manger also confirm the same).
Not sure why Jockey is betraying the customer here.
Being a very old customer of Jockey brand, I am using Jockey products from last 10 years, and this is the first time I get a complaint.
And I am very disappointed with the company here who is directly cheating with the customer.
I want to file this appeal to Jockey India, and I want my product to be replaced/refund.
I had never found any defect in any of the Jockey product in last 10years, this is the first time I am complaining, and is this the way a customer is treated in Jockey?

Didn't receive the product and not getting refunded

Hi,
I ordered two products through online Shopping last December. I haven't received those products. I have contacted the customer care and till now no progress has been made. After numerous attempts and requests, they still haven't resolved the issue. They couldn't find where is my package or if refund could be issued.i lost my money.

Sending Old Stock and returns are very very worst

I have given an order from Jockey.in. Thought will get the new stock and products will be good.
But I have got very old stock, the manufacture data is 1 year 3 months old.
and i want to return one of the item. As we dont like it.
I have contacted jockey'e customer support to place a return order to which they told me to send the pictures of the product. I have send those pictures that day only. and after some time, again i have sent a follow up mail. No reply from them. I dont know whats happened, after 2 months now, they called me and saying do you want to return the product?
Now i am not at my home town. I dont know where is the product.
M/S Page industries, Please don't come with online portal(if you dont know how to do). Your reputation is going very low.

Product not received
I have returned my product to jockey but they have done their first scam by saying my product is used and they will be returning it shortly. It has been more than 1 month now but my product is not returned. I have contacted their customer care department but every they only tell me to wait for 5 to 6 working days but never solve my query. I have already lodged complaint regarding this around 5 times. If it still continues i won't hesitate to sue them in the consumer court. Order no. Jk[protected].

Seller not accepting return of a duplicate order

There was a duplicate order placed on www.jockey.in due to their website issue. I have written to the customer care dept requesting to arrange the return of one order and refund the amount. Per policy the products won't be accepted if the package is opened. I have sent them a screenshot of the entire package as it was recieved by me. The entire package is sealed and no products have not been opened as it was a complete duplicate set of products. There has been no response from the customer care even after 6-8 followup emails.

On 22 Jun 2020 During ordering of Jockey Products worth Rs 5120 I did not receive the Order Confirmation but My amount Of Rs 5120 was deducted from my SBI Card.
As i had not got the order confirmation I kept trying to order it from the cart as my cart was not empty and even it was showing as some products out of stock
This way I tried to remove those items and select the new ones available three times and all the three times my payment was deducted but order confirmation copy was not received
nor my cart was empty. Lastly I tried to order only undershirt pack of 3 for which I received order confirmation ( JK[protected])
And even in my Orders it was only showing this order JK[protected] on 22 Jun 2020. Even in my mail I have not received any confirmation .
I assume there was some issue with the Jockey Server as it was not showing my Orders.
Hence I requested customer care to please inform me of the return process as I wish to retain one parcell ( JK[protected]) and return other two parcells (JK[protected]) (JK[protected])
As I have not even opened the parcel and it is intact with Invoice copy as delivered.
Firstly The toll Free no is not working it always is busy and after a long wait I got connected and Ms ALKA told me to send the snap shots after opening the seal as per her orders I opened and took the snap shots and sent in PDF now they say it should be in JPG format . They never reply to the mails
After much convincing they have sent one mail on 25th Jun stating that the matter has been forwarded to concerned department. Till date I have not received any SMS or Ticket no.
Even today i tried calling but its of no use hence I have sent mails for which there is no reply
I do not understand why JOCKEY is doing this online business.

Money not Refund or Product not returned

I had purchased pyjamas from jockey website on 16th march, 2020 and it didn't fit. So according to their return policy I returned within 8 days from received date. According to their return policy if the product is in good condition the money would be refunded or else the product would be returned back. But I neither received the money nor I got my pyjamas back. Instead after mailing so many times to their customer care they blocked me.
I had purchased pyjamas from jockey website on 16th march, 2020 and it didn't fit. So according to their return policy I returned within 8 days from received date. Refund not received even after 2 months of returning the Products

I had ordered for Navy & Deep Red Half Sleeve POLO T-Shirt and Lt Denim Melange Polo T-Shirt and it was delivered to me on 15th March 2020. As the size was not matching i returned the order on 19th March 2020.
I have not received the refund and it has been more that 2 months since I returned the package. I have raised the ticket multiple times but no use. The only reason they are giving is the lockdown but I have returned the product more than 2 months ago. It is hard to believe that they will need this much time to process this I had returned the product 4 days before the lockdown happened.
I have also observed they are delivering the products newly ordered but not processing my refund.
I sent email to them multiple times at [protected]@jockeyindia.com and asked when they will process my refund and they were telling that the package is stuck at the courier service due to lock down and they were giving the same reason every time and now they have stopped responding to my email also.
I have not received the refund and it has been more that 2 months since I returned the package. I have raised the ticket multiple times but no use. didn't refund even after receiving the return
I bought tow underwear from jockey india. They sent one wrong product. I made a complaint using their email addresses. Then next one guy from ecom courier came to my house and took the wrong underwear. I then contacted jockey regarding return. But, they are just send a copy paste message like return will take 10-20 days. Etc. It has been around 20 days and i am still waiting for the refund. I am sending email to jockey on daily basis.

I ordered jockey product under hdfc card offer valued rs. 4094/- which must include 20% discount but it didn't applied as well over the cart value and total amount has been debited from the card.
Within few mins, i have trying to call them but no response from them, even though i mailed them on the mentioned email but no reply.

I bought the jockey polo t-shirt from nearest shop but after 1/2 wash it's become so lose even i have hardly used 3/4 times since purchased.
Post complaint thru e-mail (After many email communication) after 2 week the garment collected by jockey executive but today 8 days over no one replying even after sending 6/7 reminders.
Theif company.
I will be posting this in facebook, twitter and other social site very soon.

I wore it exactly for 2 days and the material stretched to such an extent that its ill fitted now and developed holes in it. It costed me rs. 239/-. I had been a regular user of jockey undergarments. However, for the past few instance i was really upset with my purchase. Hence, i thought of complaining this time. Please find the attached supporting documents.
I demand compensation regarding this.

As we bought the undergarments of jockey from malik brothers shop number 18 kings way camp new delhi -9. We bought a month before as day by day it's going to be teraed from the lower part now it's just fully teared, but as the name of company jockey in which we believe can't able to trust anymore, might be the shopkeeper using duplicate on the name of jockey, both cases jockey will suffer. So please take an action to maintain the name of jockey. And make coustmer satisfied.

holes in shirt

I have purchased jockey black t shirt women from tilak nagar. After one wash it got number of holes. I am a regular customer of jockey and i donot have such kind of expectations from this huge brand. It has totally broke my trust. I am using approx all clothing of this brand and i am a big fan of this brand but this time it has loss my interest to trust back again on this famous brand.
Please replace my tshirt as soon as possible.

I am nadirsha from tirur, kerala. Kindly treat this as a formal complaint about the poor unquality product sell rendered by your puthanathani sharen inner wear in tirur on various occasions in past. They are (Sharen inner wear) purchased from unisoul trade llp, ponnani, malappuram, (Wholesale trade and your company distribution), then come to my complaint i purchased a brand jockey t-shirt from your franchise (Sharen inner wear) store. On approximately 3 months before.. That's store sales executive told to me.. The clothes is on …. Warranty 6 months to12months. It is a good product.. This words give to the company.
And your representative familiarized me.. Just 3 months after your cloth is goes fo faded color and ugly damaged.. Somany times i go on your bloody franchise shop in puthanathani.. Approximately 25 km away from that shop.. All our earlier complaints have fallen on deaf ears and we are left with no recourse but to lodge a formal complaint with you. Unisoul trade is mostly cheating company..
Actually your product i mean jockey brand or not,, just tell me? Nothing else many times i have get same faded color damage problem.. Then they are never give up return and rechange. What is your company return policy? Just spek up? What a hell are you going there.. Are you moke me? I asked him, where is your manager, he said to me, he is not here... What a hell, is it brand shop or anything.? Every body is well playing, especially your distributor unisoul trade, what a nasty, so i want to refund or rechange my cloth immediately, so silly complaint and demands, last 12 days i am waiting, what a hell are you going on? If so i will share my friends and relatives, you never purchase jocky product. If your cloths complaint, you never get a good rechange, always waste your money and worse.... That is my feedback. I have purchased t shirt and night pant for my son from jockey store pimpale saudagar pune 411027. After a single wash it has developed number holes when we complaint (C. No. Sr[protected] to store and customer care they have refused to replace and asked to courier by our expenses. Then they will decide weather replace or not. Ask them to replace it as early as possible.

I had purchased pair of male inner wears of jockey from HSR layout bangalore outlet. But one of the underwear started spreading out color while washing.
i raised the concern in the jockey cust care and they asked me to ship it to them in banglaore office at marathalli, and it was returned in the same state saying no defect in the material. When i soak it in water at home..it starts spreading color... Ref No: SR20170444 of cust care...

This karthik, from chennai. last sunday (03/07/16) i ordered one jockey t-shirt for amount 379+30 in my indian bank (rupay) atm card. after making payment i got message oops!! looks like our payment gateway misbehaved but the amount is deducted my account. i sent mail to [protected]@jockeyindia.com. the company persion is replied date of 6 july. i have attached the conversation. but i dont received any amount from my indian bank account. the company is not responding my mail, simply the persion is told wait for 3-5 working days

I Have registered my complaint in many times. i have waited for more then 10 days. last Sunday (03/07/2016) i registered my complaint but i dont received any positive reply. every time the customer care persons will replied wait for 3-5 working days but i have waited for a lot of days.

I had given an order of wrong size of inner wear and even made online payment. However, after realizing I cancelled the order and got a confirmation mail from their side. They also sent me a text to avoid the order if the delivery boy arrives. However, after a few days the delivery boy came and dropped the parcel at our neighbours place without any communication.
When I called the customer they are giving the reason of no exchange of inner wear but, when I specified the package is unopened they told me to attach the pics of the product and I did but, there is no reply yet.

Jockey India seem to be cheating all customers in a similar fashion. Never expected this from such an established brand.

Few days back in surat there was sale of jockey from which i had bought underwear and inner
as i am using jockey under garments from so many years but this time . . . . .
sorry to say that in underwear quality of elastic and stitching on elastic is very bad.
and size of inner is very short.
( lot of compromises are there in quality)
kindly maintain your good quality or pls mention in your advertisment that it is seconds sale.. coz this type of quality we cant accept from JOCKEY...

product not of good quality
sir, i bought 6 baniyans of jockey from SATINDRA TRADERS, SIRHINDI BAZAR, PATIALA. just 2 months ago, but has no bill .now they starting itching my body dur to 'boor' on them appearing under side.I went to TRADER but he has refused to register my complaint against company.THIS is very branded product and has double rate than other company similar products but may be particular products purchased by me are not of good quality.SO i want to replace that set of baniyans from company.
