Power cut since 1:30 am in Mathania

There is a continuous power cut since 1:30 am at Mehra Joto ka bas, Mathania. We have not slept the entire night due to no electricity in such a hot weather. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest....

Last 10days in my area power supply is not regular . On today power cut on 2:00am now approximate 3:30am still power cut . Not today past 10 days this irregulation of electrical is performed.

      मेरी आपसे ये शिकायत है कि हर रोज़ दोपहर में बिजली की कटौती की वजह क्या है??
      आप अच्छी तरह जानते हैं कि अभी अपने राजस्थान में गर्मी के कैसे हालात हैं, कभी आपने ये सोचा है कि इस गर्मी में बुजुर्ग, बच्चे, बुड्ढ़े और बीमार इंसान आपके बिजली की कटौती से कितना परेशान होते हैं??
      परेशानी ये नहीं है कि आप बिजली की कटौती करते हो, परेशानी ये है कि आप हर रोज बिजली की कटौती करते हो और वो भी दोपहर के 12बजे के बाद करते हो, उस समय गर्मी कितनी होती है ये आप भी अच्छी तरह से जानते हो।।

      मेरा आपसे यही अनुरोध है कि आप जो बिजली की कटौती करते हो तो करो लेकिन इस टाइम को बदल दो, आप जो दोपहर में बिजली की कटौती करते हो वो अगर दोपहर की बजाय सुबह में हो जाये तो सभी के लिए सुकून होगा।।🙏🙏

        Since from last 8-9 month, Electricity bill is very very high..
        1.Line man not responding properly
        2. Every time given some excuse for reason of high bill meter change etc.
        3. Problem not solve since October 2020
        4. Why high bill if meter not working properly
        5. Reading not match from previous bills.

            We are continuing facing the issue specially in whole area of 6 LNP kundlawala that electricity we are operating from via Lalgarh jatan and many of the unacceptable time they disconnected the light connection without logically.

              A humble request.

              Almost 4 months have passed, still no solution to billing related issue (solar generation getting added in actual consumption). Request to take Meter Reading Instrument Report for reference. MRI also has a limitation of getting recorded for few month/days (as per storage space available in meter). It would be difficult at a later date to verify, unless immediate action is take by DISCOM to resolve the billing related issue and take the MRI report for reference and record.

              It has been almost 4 months since I got a 3 kWp solar PV plant installed at my residence from M/s Power Solar (Bombay Solar). The plant was commissioned on 16th March, 2021 and initial meter reading of both main meter (smart meter) and solar meter were noted by the DISCOM staff/official on eve of 16 March, 2021.

              - Solar Meter Reading ~0 kWh (16/03/2021)
              - Main Meter Reading 1006 kWh (16/03/2021)

              Upon delay in receipt of bill (in hard form) in 04/2021, we inquired and fetched the bill online. The consumption of 544 units (kWh) was NOT understood. It was clear from the calculation and consumption pattern that Solar generation was getting summed up with the actual consumption rather than getting adjusted (subtracted) from the consumption.

              The same was communicated (along with calculations) from time to time to all the JdVVNL officials via E-mail, Whatsapp, telecommunication, and a letter (hand written) submitted in hard copy form to B-3 circle, JdVVNL. The copy of E-mails and letter are attached here for your ready reference. Further attached are the snapshot of meter readings (solar and main meter) taken today. The readings are as follows -

              - Solar Meter Reading - 1542.9 kWh (26/06/2021)
              - Main Meter Reading - 3619 kWh (26/06/2021)

              From above readings (dated 16/03/2021 and 26/06/2021), following is being concluded -
              - Recorded Consumption (from 16/03/2021 to 26/06/2021) =[protected] = 2613 units
              - Recorded Solar Generation (from 16/03/2021 to 26/06/2021) = (1542.9 - 0) = 1543 units
              - Actual Consumption (from 16/03/2021 to 26/06/2021) =[protected] = 1070 units
              - Units to be Actually billed (from 16/03/2021 to 26/06/2021) =[protected] = - 473 units (extra generation)

              It is understood that we are entitled for a payback of ~473 units till[protected].

              Given all the facts (No. of residents - 2 persons, Appliances used - fridge, LED TV and cooler and LED lighting load (AC used minimally)), the above calculation perfectly fits in. I have further requested/suggested to take MRI (meter reading instrument) report for your (DISCOM) satisfaction, which will definitely support the facts stated here.

              Trails done - Switched OFF main MCB. Increase in Main meter reading was same as Solar Meter Reading, thereby proving that Solar generation is getting added in main meter units (consumption) for which we are billed.

              It is therefore once again requested to issue/generate revised bill after incorporating the changes/corrections, as applicable, and provide relief.

                Solar Net Metering issue

                            Hello dear sir/mam
                            im a farmer's son we had some problem in our transmeter which is in our field 13 days ago i called to line men for fix it he just said me im coming he didn't come continually 2days after 2days he came and hw said you have to change your transmeter it will be process by bijli board, suratgarh than i went bijli board, suratgarh i gave them complaint about the transmeter after 2 days they gave me new transmeter when bought it at field than i called to linemen again he was saying me im coming in just few moment and he didnt come i was waiting for him since 5 hours he didn't come and in last it was evening time we have to keep in down from our tractor and we faced problems so i just want to know why he didn't come its about today now i called him he said i will come in morning but i know maybe he will not come in morning too...kindly help to short it out

                                हमारे area मे पिछले 6 माह से प्रतिदिन कम से कम 10 से 15 बार कभी 15-20 मिनट के लिए, कभी आधा से एक घंटे के लिए लाइट कटती है।गर्मी के दिनों मे लाइट कटौती से बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।लोकल gss banad में शिकायत करने पर भी कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ।
                                श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि इस समस्या का तुरंत समाधान करावें।
