Hi Team,

I bought specs in 2021 for RS 35000 in Singaperumal koil Shops. After 1 year the frame got cracked lens slightly came out. One day i visited the shop to enquire about this. They asked me to Pay Rs: 2600 for frame replacement.
i have already spend more money. it seems they provided cheap one's.
Again i paid Rs.2600 for frame replacement.
While purchasing they talked lot. finally all waste. customer need to pay again and again..

    Worst costumer service and the making of glass was not at all proper water of money and time. The worst ever shop I have seen. Got crack within a week of buying the glass and it was not given on time. Thought of going to consumer court. Spent nearly 200 bugs for repairing it in another shop.

      I am writing this complaint to state that my specs which I bought 9 months ago has a crack near the nosepad. I bought this from Villupuram branch and when I asked the Villupuram staff they said to bring the specs to the shop. But after seeing the specs they are hestitaing to replace the specs even if it is in warranty period. They were asking me to pay again and also they will take around 7 -10 days for replacing the lens. Till that date what will I do without my glasses. And I use laptop daily. Which makes the situation more pathetic. So please take some action on this before my warranty period ends

        i am regular customer. You may verify from your records.

        I had ordered spectacle for my wife on last 8th december 21. It was stated that spectacle will be ready in 3 days and not later than 13th december 2021 (monday). Since no information received when i contacted today i.E. 15th december at 19.09 hours, your customer service person informed that the same was already ready. When i provoked if it so, why it was not infromed earlier and telling only when customer approached, the reply was it is normal practice to give missed call to the customer. When i further enquired if a customer does not know it is from purple assuming call from unknown / marketing call, how do you know. And wanted telephone no from which call was made since i had call register and i track from call regiser, they sought apology. When i further enqurid i got message that it was ready only on 15th december 2021. If so, why it was stated the same was already ready and information given through by giving missed call.
        (1) i want to know prior taking delivery of the spectacle what is the code of procedure purple has to inform customer.
        (2) when actually spectcale was ready?
        (3) whether customer care is properly trained to interact with customer.
        (4) Now I await from you to proceed further

            I'm Dr.Sibi (Orthopaedic surgeon) i gave my spectacle which was little bend in Kanchipuram Purple optics but technician broke the entire frame and lady staff spoke in harsh manner and stating that's not their fault and forcing me to get new frame because i was not able to drive back to my place because glass was broken and i lost all the respect on Purple optics and I'm moving further for consumer if it not rectified

              order no.8080, bill no.8183, bill dated 14/02/2021, Name : S Jaishankar. contact no.[protected] Actual complaint is vision not clear short sight i already complaint three times in your show room, but problem not rectified till noiw . i"m not satisfied and rectifiy the above said problem at the earliest or repay the my amount ( Rs.2900) .

                My name is brindha from Thuraipakkam Rajiv Gandhi salai.i bought one power glass for my kid.she was suffering from headach.she is affected by power problem.i paid full money.the purple optics (Thuraipakkam) staff told before Jun 1 st delivered the product.but still now Ill not get the product.the worst experience for the 1 st shopping.

                    I bought a eyeglass for rs.4936 on[protected]. After 1 month, the lens fell down automatically while wearing itself. We went to the shop, and then they told it will be serviced.. And now it again feel down, without even shaking it.. the quality is extremely poor.. I want this frame replaced properly

                      Completely dissatisfied with the opthalmology power checking for us, we are regular customers 2 times for my family members we got checked power wrongly and received wrong power specs we are spending lot of money and we are completely disappointed with their opthalmology when we enquired about this issue, company has to take full responsibility and solve this issue and refund our money

                        Progressive lens: tested and purchased spectacles for my mother. She was not comfortable with the spectacles and we immediately informed shop on the spot, the shop people said she need to get used to it and it will be okay in a months time if not they will refund. Even after a month my mother was not feeling okay and so we called again. The shop people said its due to age and it might take some time for my mother and asked us to use it for more months and check. Now it been like 8 months but still same problem. Now, shop people wants us to bring my mom for eye checkup again and if any problem need to pay again.. Im not happy with the service. Need refund.

                          I am customer for chengalpet branch and purchased lenz alone for rs. 11000/- thru my 0rder no 11254/08/12/17. Used for 6 months and today my right side frame given away while opening. I used very carefully and not dropped down. After paid this much and careful usage i get punishment for rs.5700/- to change this one side lenz.
                          I am really unhappy to do this with in 5 months o[censored]sage. Why we spent this much

                            Dear team,
                            My name is vishal, i reside in perungudi chennai.
                            I have purchased an optical glass frame from purple optics, perungudi, amounting to 11, 500 rs. Within 7-8 months o[censored]sage, the paint of frame started peeling off, i informed purple optics regarding this and on 19th of may, mr. Babu from ho informed to meet their sales person (Whom i believe was the perungudi shop owner) after following for 2-3 weeks. After meeting the salesperson in perungudi purple optics shop, he said this is a case of a scratch or rubbing while handling while handling the glass, as he was prepared to say this just within seconds of looking at me in the shop.
                            As i am using glasses for 15 years now and my daily activities are articulated enough to take precautions, and i am cautious enough for glasses as a daily necessity for work.

                            I would really like purple optics to look into this matter, and i expect a reimbursement of the frame amount or a suitable replacement for a customer who is really feeling duped now.

                              I have purchased power glasses from purple optics, padur chennai around may 2017 by paying almost 18k. Frame is broken by march 2018, they have agreed to replace with 50% cost of frame i. E around 4k which i said ok and replaced. With in 25 days replaced one is broken too... They say rough handling, but i am using glasses from 27 years and loyal customer to purple optics from last 6 years... The way i was treated as customer when asked for replacement even after paying 20k is not acceptable and not even willing to get it fixed... Even though it's a defective product.

                                Just visited your optical in thousand light. My mom bought a spectacle on 4-aug. Not even a month the frame is damaged. And often hair s getting caught with the frame. I took this to thousand light branch they refused to service the frame. Why you are providing such a bad quality frame? Do i need to buy another frame? Please give some recommendation.

                                i ordered at oragadam no 333 on[protected] purchesed at redhills, the spec is, giveing dull vition.i enquried about the same in redhills branch, they repled that it was the same power is provided like your old glass.but my old glass is very good still. i retured the new spec to redhills branch pls do the needful to me thanking you [protected]

                                  Hi I purchased lens with frame around Rs.4850 When they are showing one sample frame brand name is blue cross that is looking good after select that one, two days later i received the product its totally upset me, yes I select purple colour but there is finishing not good and looking blurred white in side of the frame, like this show room builders well expect to cheat other people. place of purchase mangadu, kundrathur main road

                                  Thank you for bringing your complaint to us, we have reviewed your purchase and subsequent visit to the showroom, we would like to inform you that firstly, there is no SAMPLE frame in our shops, All the frames are sold on AS IS basis only, second there is no way to tinker with the product fitting, as the procedure is fully AUTOMATIC. The frame which you chose has dual tone colour, it is not uniform PURPLE, we are not sure how much of details you noticed at the time of purchase. We believe our staff gave you the choice to choose another frame since you are not happy with it, it has come to our knowledge that you have refused the offer. in case of any further help, please do not hesitate to contact us.                                     hi I am Arul Kumar, 2 months before i was purchased one frame at Purple optics in pallavaram, but unfortunately frame and glass was cracked, but the problems was happen on manufacturing defect, so i was mate purple optics' concern person and i was explain all those things that time concern person asked 2 days for time, so agreed for that and i was followed next 2 days but concerns person was told it not coming under warranty, so asked valuable reasons but persons was not told valuable reason.

The lens fits in one eye and in the other eye it doesn't fit. I want a refund for this. I want a immediate response from your self.

                                      Foolish arrogance and complete ignorance about how to fit an cylindrical lens.Installed my existing cylindrical lenses and the axis was completely distorted which lead to blurred vision and precipitation of the migraine .

                                      The frame, which had a loose screw on left arm but convinced to sell to us saying that its it elasticity of the spring which clearly reflected the ignorance of the sales person . While putting the existing lens on the new frame made multiple cuts on the edges and a major chipping of the corner which they refused to accept the damage made.

                                      When approached refused to replace the frame and did a local repair with an ill fitting screw. Very arrogant behaviour.
                                      The foolish and arrogant manager mr Kurabhakaran [protected] was daring enough to challenge us saying that they did no mistake and was bragging to give double the price of the frame if we can prove them guilty.

                                      All medical records, certificate form the ophthalmologist is intact with us to prove the same.
