I have paid bill payment on 12/05/21 but on jodhpur discom website payment is showing unpaid but amount is already deducted from account....

Sir on 10th of may I tried to pay electricity bill through its official site but it get failed and I have made another transaction of bill payment on 13th of may2021. But through a confirmation email from your side I get to know that my transaction of 10th may got successful and got updated. So, it is a humble request to you kindly refund the payment of transaction...

Sir i have agriculture connection. From last 3-4 months meter is not working but we have to pay bill according to last bills even after we are not using electricity now.
