    Sir, i pay online my current bill[protected] amount 409/- via jdvvnl bill desk against k number[protected], payment would deducted from paying bank account and would not updated against k number, i attached the transaction reference number which received from paying bank and also attach payment status which is show on jdvvnl self web service. Please check and update payment against k number. thanks ...

        Sir,
        I currently living at anta in baran, (Rajasthan). I am living last 7 years at shiv colony, station road behind maa bartri school, last 7 year my neighbor theft the electricity. He theft the electricity last 28 year. But your department do not take any action for this person. This type of your department behavior. This type of person give the confidence because he though that there is no action is taken by your department and he also operate the 5 rooms hostels without any electricity.
        I requested you plz take suitable action for this type of electricity theft.

        I request you to sir,, if you take any action. Night will be much better because in day he pull his wire that connect to the electricity poll...

              Since lockdown i've shifted to my native and i'm working from home from the very beginning. I've seen a daily power cut down from 4 to 5 hours and somedays it goes to 8 to 9 hours. And people living here always complaint about the gs guy. He's the main reason for power cut down, whenever anyone calls him he simply says "light peeche (Nokha) se kaati hai". Please look into this matter at the earliest as in this new world electricity is a must. Thankyou!

                Date 15.07.2020 my meter cable fault on evening 6 pm after that some emergency of water and fan at home we use directly cable on electrical polls, tomorrow at 9.30 we go to kotkasim electric office for complain for cable fault on that time no lineman available in kotkasim office and no phone call available of lineman, during that time 9 am to 10 am electric flying come in our village and take photos include my cable and polls,
                And now i received 32, 000 amount of vcr.
                Same situation we inform to our jyn kotkasim,
                Every month i have deposited aprrox 3000 rs electric bill, anyone check my meter history,
                So now request please i am not able to pay 32000 amount of this issue.

                  My complaint is against the fault rectification team of jaipur vidyut vitaran nigam ltd. I've filed a safety-related complaint about loose wire from pole multiple times but those guys are so ignorant that they close the problem automatically after some time. The situation is very hazardous as there's a massive amount of sparking in the wire on the pole but the ignorant fault rectification team doesn't realize the issue. I require strict action against such ignorant people.

                              We are bound to pay surplus electricity bill from last 6 months. This happened last year also. After so many complains about surplus bill bound to pay every time is beyond our capacity. We are not in a state to pay heavy electricity bill, which we are helplessly paying from last 6 months. Felling harassed and financial burden on us forced by the department.

                                This is lalchand solanki having an electricity connection with jdvvnl bearing a consumer no.[protected]. Its been a year i have been receiving an overstated bills. As per revised tariff of jdvvnl, the consumers whose average consumption o[censored]nits is more than 150 but less than 300 they are liable to pay a fixed charges of rs.275 (Per month) and those domestic consumers whose avg consumption is less than 250 they are laible to pay only rs.125 p. M.

                                Our previous financials consumption was less than 50 units. However, our bill statements shows 183 units and charged as a fixed charge of rs.275 every month. This issue was raised with the concerned eb department however we have not received appropriate solution for the same. I request you to kindly look into the above matter and resolve the issue at the earliest possible.
