                Dear sir,

                We're facing lot of electricity cut in a day. Approximately the electricity comes for 7 hours per day in this week.
                Also the transformer is not in good condition, sometimes it gives current in such a low level in which we can't even run fan. At day time electricity is not available mostly. The heat is so much here and you are disconnecting electricity at day time from 1pm to 6pm.

                  Electricity bill of my residence 40, brij baori, lal sagar, manode is being inflated every month. Particularly for may 2020, no body was staying in the house and it was locked even then a bill of ₹3117 has been received. It means from at least last 6 months i am getting an inflated bill of average ₹3000 irrespective of the high/low consumption.
                  Kindly correct my bill of may 2020 and review my bills of at least last 6 months, rectify them and adjust the corrected amount in subsequent bills.
                  Looking forward to a quick action.

                    I have roof top installed for on grid connection since 31 july, 2018. But till date company office unable to provide billing format for net metring connection. During last 22 months i have contacted three s. E. S, namely m. S. Charan, p. S. Choudhary and now m. R. Bishnoi, of hanumn garh but all are fail to provide relief. I have negative 1449 reading in my net meter. But bill always generated positive for amounting rs.3000 to rs.6000. It is shame on these officials who can not provide billing formar for consumers.

                                It is painful duty to in form the jvvnl board that electricity power in our area in very poor and due to this the appliances like t. V, ac, cooler etc. Can't work. Every summer we send letters to near power station and municipalities office but there is no response from that. So people faces problems in hot summer. Please sir take action against it and as soon as transformer apply in our area.

                                      I recently owned a land which was disputed previously. An electric pole was installed and the wire crosses right from the middle of the plot which supplies electricity to the residents living behind the plot.
                                      So being the owner i want shift the pole. It is my humble request to provide me the legal procedures that should be follwed for the removal.
                                      I would be very much obliged if take the necessary steps in removing those poles from my private plot.
