I had use phone pay app for pay electricity bill of rs. 18988/- with tran no. - n1908281529583591396353
On dated 28.08.19 at 3.29 pm, but not received any message from phone pay about successful payment.

So i have tried again to made payment rs. 18988/- and received tran no.
N1908281855529989323553 dated 28.08.19 at 6.55 pm.
Both time amount was deducted from my account. But till now one amount of 18988/- not credited in my k no[protected] or not adjusted in next bill. Please refund the amount of rs. 18988 /- as soon as possible in my account.

                Sir, i am a serving soldier of army. I am posted at ferozepur cantt (Punjab) and my family staying with me. From past three months we are not in rajasthan (Village - dumki, tehsil - rajgarh, distt - churu). I am shocked to see our electricity bill generated rs 875/-.

                    It's being 3-4 months electricity cutoff have been trending for the department. Every night for 3-4 hours they cut the lines and when call is made in the call centre then in one line they say "line breakage" will be back but when it will be back we don't know. Therefore not only this in 1st extension of kamla nehru nagar each day and night they cut off the lights which causes us the problem. Many have exams and many may have other work which almost stops for hours and generate a huge loss which results in mental harassment and economic loss.

                    It's a request to enquire into the matter urgently.

                        Hereby draw your attention that transformer no 359 date of dispatched 3rd august 2018 locality dedwa is always getting failure as heavy load on these transformer we mean to say that. More than 10 no connection on these transformer.
                        Also note that this 5 kva transformer failed three times
                        Therefore we request you kindly arrange to replace the capacity of transformer for 5 kva to 16 kva as technically required.

                          Dear sir

                          This is complaint for velar village in bali tahsil dist pali. Gen nana.

                          There is no electricity from last 18 hours without having any rain or thunderstorm.

                          It is common problem because half of the village electricity is depend on 16 amp distribution panel (Dp) which generally trips due to heavy load. This problem is continued from last 2-3 years but not yet solved. When the dp trips we have to called the nana gen which is 10 km from our village, he sends linemen to resolve the issue and this is continues process.

                          I am making complain on behalf of my parents who stay in that village and they are around 70 years old.

                          I hope your immediate action will solve the problem.

                              It is pleading with you that, due to the poll above the main road, the common people suffer a lot. Many times sheep and goats also die. Tractors have also been hit many times.                                 Last month amount has been paid on 04.06.2019 but till date there is no changes in electricity portal with the transaction reference no. Qsbi[protected].
                                We can't wait for delay payment from customer end as bill desk also show old amount.

                                My humble request you to check your bill desk and why it is shown.

                                  I live in kudi bhagtasni housing board 1 A 410 ...Road light is not working in my gali.In the rainy season it's hard to walk on the road in the evening...so please try to fix the road light .so people can't feel trouble
