Hi team,

I'm getting high electricity bills since last few months. The bill of nov 2018 (Due date 10th dec) is not realistic because in last two months we have used less electricity because of normal environmental temperature (No fan, cooler was required). Even after that, we got a bill of rs.1812.
Please check the consumption properly and make the required corrections in the bill.

Compliant lodge in regarding K No [protected] bill for the month of Nov 2018, units are shown only 25 accordingly bill. Last reading of bill month of Oct 2018 were 2709 and in month of Nov were 2734. And the amount for the unit is calculated only ₹ 206, while the amount shown ₹ 802 in the bill of month Nov 2018. Why? Please rectify this issue.

On 13 october complaint no. [protected]/14 they assured to solve the problem within half hour but still this issue was not solved. This default has created a power cut at my home for since ten days and there is still no response from the office.

कल रात से हम मोहल्लेवासी बिजली की समस्या से परेशान है।
हमनें कल रात को भी बिजलीघर में कई बार फोन किया था पर हमारी परेशानी का कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ जब भी फोन किया तब हमें बताया गया कि आदमी निकल गए हैं पर यहाँ कोई नहीं आया एवं जब मैंने लाईन मैन मुर्शिद जी से बात की तो उन्होंने संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया और अभद्र व्यवहार किया एवं गन्दी गालियाँ देने लगे ।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमारी परेशानी का कोई समाधान करवाए ।
