I will try to contact every vidhut department but no one pic up a call all calls are engaged. In fateh sagar(jodhpur) area every 4-5 days once in night electricity disconnected without any reason for no constantly iming. No one pic any call please check why no one pic up any call.

Hello there,
We are very very disappointed by the service of jvvnl at balotra, district barmer rajasthan. The problem we are facing is voltage fluctuations which goes down to 90-110v that leads to damage of electronic devices.
We have complained so many times but there is no any effective solution. All time we hear from officer that there is a need of new dp but no one is taking step further to end this problem.

There is a high voltage fluctuations going on for past 7 days and every day we are lodging complains on toll free number but no one has turn up to resolve the issue.
We even tried to contact higher authorities to help us but nothing is happening.
Due to this problem now electric sparking started at the main meter board due to which we are not having a peaceful environment.

From 3 am to 7.20 am electricity is not been there amongest the colony and discom call center and office is not even working on it and the call center excutive is not responding and speaking uncommon.

My friend work as a technical helper in jdvvnl discom but in these Discom a technical helper work full day work that means 24 hours so he does not give time for your family nd he is too tired after duty but when he sleep in night nd when light fult then Aen and Jen. Call any time in night and call to come in duty in night any time he go to duty leave for your family and small baby.so please arrange more staff and these duty done in shift then every staff give some time for family.

विधुत वितरण निगम के कर्मचारियों द्वारा हमेशा लापरवाही से कार्य किया जा रहा हैं। छोटी छोटी समस्यओं के लिए भी हमे 5 - 5 दिन इन्तजार करवाया जाता हैं

But yet I haven’t recieved the connection or any concern from your side. We aren’t that rich so had taken cash on interest for the connection. Please do provide it soon so that we can start our agricultural stuffs and repay those loan taken from other towards electricity connection and other stuffs. Thank you.

My complaint no is[protected]. I am a resident of rajeev nagar, barmer. I have logged in the complaint for faulty line on 03/06/2018 at 10.15 pm on toll free no of jvvnl. At that time they told me that your problem will be solved within 2-2.5 hrs. After that i have called twice once in early morning and second one recently every time there answer was same. Its now 1.36 pm and the problem is not resolved yet. This shows that your staff is not concerned to the customer complaints. Its been 15 hrs till first complaint. Please solve the problem asap.
