Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] Complaints & Reviews

There is a high voltage fluctuations going on for past 7 days and every day we are lodging complains on toll free number but no one has turn up to resolve the issue.
We even tried to contact higher authorities to help us but nothing is happening.
Due to this problem now electric sparking started at the main meter board due to which we are not having a peaceful environment.
Kindly do the needful....

My friend work as a technical helper in jdvvnl discom but in these Discom a technical helper work full day work that means 24 hours so he does not give time for your family nd he is too tired after duty but when he sleep in night nd when light fult then Aen and Jen. Call any time in night and call to come in duty in night any time he go to duty leave for your family and small baby.so please arrange more staff and these duty done in shift...

Because of this issue i am not able to make the payment of next month and they are charging late charges on the paid amount too. Sometimes jvvnl send bill without taking the reading of the meter. Please provide me the updated bill of the month apr 2018, because i had already paid bill of the month apr 2018 i. E rs. 420/- on 4th may 2018, but its not updated and again its showing in bill of the month may 2018 i. E rs. 567.83 + rs. 436 of previous month.
