I reside in Mansarovar, Jaipur. On April 04, 2018, I made following two payments using Mobile App of Axis Bank:
K No. [protected] Rs.3, 598/-
K No. [protected] Rs.3, 764/-
These payments were made using mobile app of Axis Bank. While the amounts were debited from my account, later on, I received SMSes from Axis Bank that these payments were rejected by biller. I believed that the amount will be refunded in my account in a couple of days and again made online payments, (this time thru internet banking) of similar amounts on April 08, 2018.
When the amounts were not refunded to my account for considerable time, I took up the matter with Axis Bank and came to know that by oversight, on April 04, 2018 the payments were made to Ajmer Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (AVVNL) instead of correct service provider i.e. Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL).
The response received from Axis Bank is appended. Please advise whether the amounts have been received and adjusted against June 2018 bills

I for Lakharam Barmer domestic power connection !! Demand is fully deposited, even after 06 months there has been no provision of connection so far so you are requested to solve this problem.
