      Here by i am requesting that a transformer is been fixing near by a govt. School in rani station dist.-pali. (306115).
      Childrens always goes to that place for playing or something else.
      If the transformer has been fixed there, it may causes a big accident. Beacuse its main area of the nagar palika road, and many houses are nearby hardly 30 feet.
      An anganwari is also there
      So it is common thing that the children may be goes near by that transformer, and can meet with an accident.
      For the transformer, safe land is avilable there with boundry walls which is owned by nagarpalika.
      So this is the request from all the citizen of ward no. 11 rani station dist.-pali that shift the transformer from public area to nagarplika owned land.
      From last two days the public is doing strike for # the transformer polls, yesterday police was also came.
      Please take this issue in serious manner.

        I will try to contact every vidhut department but no one pic up a call all calls are engaged. In fateh sagar(jodhpur) area every 4-5 days once in night electricity disconnected without any reason for no constantly iming. No one pic any call please check why no one pic up any call.

          We are very very disappointed by the service of jvvnl at balotra, district barmer rajasthan. The problem we are facing is voltage fluctuations which goes down to 90-110v that leads to damage of electronic devices.
          We have complained so many times but there is no any effective solution. All time we hear from officer that there is a need of new dp but no one is taking step further to end this problem.

                There is a high voltage fluctuations going on for past 7 days and every day we are lodging complains on toll free number but no one has turn up to resolve the issue.
                We even tried to contact higher authorities to help us but nothing is happening.
                Due to this problem now electric sparking started at the main meter board due to which we are not having a peaceful environment.

                  My friend work as a technical helper in jdvvnl discom but in these Discom a technical helper work full day work that means 24 hours so he does not give time for your family nd he is too tired after duty but when he sleep in night nd when light fult then Aen and Jen. Call any time in night and call to come in duty in night any time he go to duty leave for your family and small baby.so please arrange more staff and these duty done in shift then every staff give some time for family.

                                चार दिन से बिजली बंद हैं
                                कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद कर्मचारियों द्वारा ध्यान नही दिया जा रहा हैं।
                                विधुत वितरण निगम के कर्मचारियों द्वारा हमेशा लापरवाही से कार्य किया जा रहा हैं। छोटी छोटी समस्यओं के लिए भी हमे 5 - 5 दिन इन्तजार करवाया जाता हैं
                                कृपया हमारी समस्या का समाधान करावे ।

                                    I had applied for an agricultural electricity connect in the year 2013, and paid demand draft on 30042018 i.e. book no. 11470 and receipt number 11. But yet I haven’t recieved the connection or any concern from your side. We aren’t that rich so had taken cash on interest for the connection. Please do provide it soon so that we can start our agricultural stuffs and repay those loan taken from other towards electricity connection and other stuffs. Thank you.

                                      My complaint no is[protected]. I am a resident of rajeev nagar, barmer. I have logged in the complaint for faulty line on 03/06/2018 at 10.15 pm on toll free no of jvvnl. At that time they told me that your problem will be solved within 2-2.5 hrs. After that i have called twice once in early morning and second one recently every time there answer was same. Its now 1.36 pm and the problem is not resolved yet. This shows that your staff is not concerned to the customer complaints. Its been 15 hrs till first complaint. Please solve the problem asap.

                                        I made the payment of electricity bill on[protected] of rs 995, but it is still showing on my bill as unpaid amount. Because of this issue i am not able to make the payment of next month and they are charging late charges on the paid amount too. Sometimes jvvnl send bill without taking the reading of the meter. Please solve these issues as soon as possible, so i can clear all my dues.
