Refer the subject complaint dated Jan 20, 2018, lodged by Bheru lal suthar elect .consumer a/c N0- 1606/0064, KNo[protected]. Complaint has been resolved after submission of request and proof evidence at Aen(O&M)sub div. Pokaran office and cleared billing Jan 2018 up to 3540 Keh.This all trouble has been generated by simple mistake of meter reader. I have already mentioned in previous complaint that my house of above kn0 is closed and locked no one is there to consume the energy.
After above and all requesting again over consumption of 322kwh bill sl no[protected], of Mar 2018 is released .The bill shows previous reading 3540 kwh and present reading 3862 kwh dated 20Feb 2018. Where as physically present meter sl no-[protected] reading is 3541 kwh as on date, only consumption is only 01 kwh up to Mar 2018. Therefore you are requested to verify the subject matter for the real fact and why consumer is troubled like this way without any fault .I am senior citizen unable to do ups and down, if l am on fault l have to pay it for correct reasons l have to honour the your services.Pl. look into the matter may be inform at mail ld
