I am a elect. Energy consumber under jdvvnl sub division pokaran at village ramdevra vide a/c no 1606/0064 k no[protected]. Lnstalled digital elect meter sl no[protected] presently displays the reading is 3532 kwh where as elect bill sl no[protected] a/m kn month of jan2018 released on 03jan2018 which shows the present reading is 3692kwh, consumption is175 kwh billing of rs1113/=. Last elect bill is cleared upto 3522 kwh so only consumption...

Sir,
We are filled file for electricity connection 4 times and for last 4 years we are filling the forms and we not got any connection yet either then we are in just 500 meter far from single phase line and only 100 meter far from three fase line of current.
There are 4 homes who are applying forms with us.
Please solve this issue..

I have paid the electricity bill online on 05.11.2017 of rs 324/- but again received the bill of rs 690/- in dec 2017
Whereas i receive the bill near about 300 to 350 on and average bimonthly.
But this month i received the bill of rs 690/- which was paid by me online on 09/1/2018 but still showing outstanding of rs 712/- in your site

A sum of rs. 122.68 towards "arrear of last month" was wrongly included in the electric bill of january, 2014 for account no. 1852/[protected] which is not pertaining to this office and even the same amount was also paid by us but again and again the same amount with lps is showing in the regular electric bill. There are so many irregularities in actual electricity consumption and in generated light bill under aen, matoda area. Parmanent charges also are unreasonable in each and every bills.in any situation, there is no possibility to differ the consumed unit for a customer as showing in light bill by discom.
Request please look into the matter and satisfaction may be carried to the customers.

I'm getting too much of my electric bill than the usage..in aug 2016 i got a bill of 1502 [billed kwh] and in november 10218 through the usage were same as in both months but the difference was around 8700 kwh more.. & from that regularly m getting high bill since this dec. 2017 and also, my electricity bills are being charged incorrectly pls. Check the attached file for understanding properly. So i doubt if something is wrong with the electric...

There is being an issue in making payment online through paytm or bill desk. As these gateway are restricted to take payment above certain amount. And i am one of those who is suffering from those problem.
