Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] Complaints & Reviews

From last 3 hours there is no electricity in my area. Have complained several times still no action has been taken. I have called on the coustomer care number that is [protected] for about 10 times. I am not getting any responce from this number now. I have called on the number of our area’s electricity department regarding the same complaint but no one is picking up my call.

I am anjana, 39, khushi nagar, jodhpur. I received bill no[protected] and get the bill on 30 mar 2018, when i reached jodhpur from jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam ltd. My k no is[protected] for last two days i am trying to pay my bill online but every time only one tag line is coming, that unable to pay try again later. Request resolve the matter and arrange payment. As i am living in other town and before may 2018 i cannot visit jodhpur.

I did the Payment in Dec Month by using Paytm . But after 4 Month (2 Bill Cycle ) Amount is Showing . I was Talk to the Customer Care they said go JNVL Office, When visited Office they said i can't do so Please wait till new Bill Cycle .
New Bill was Come but still Showing previous Amount .
I am sending you relevant Proof . Need your Support .

Refer the subject complaint dated Jan 20, 2018, lodged by Bheru lal suthar elect .consumer a/c N0- 1606/0064, KNo[protected]. Complaint has been resolved after submission of request and proof evidence at Aen(O&M)sub div. Pokaran office and cleared billing Jan 2018 up to 3540 Keh.This all trouble has been generated by simple mistake of meter reader. I have already mentioned in previous complaint that my house of above kn0 is closed and locked no one is there to consume the energy.
After above and all requesting again over consumption of 322kwh bill sl no[protected], of Mar 2018 is released .The bill shows previous reading 3540 kwh and present reading 3862 kwh dated 20Feb 2018. Where as physically present meter sl no-[protected] reading is 3541 kwh as on date, only consumption is only 01 kwh up to Mar 2018. Therefore you are requested to verify the subject matter for the real fact and why consumer is troubled like this way without any fault .I am senior citizen unable to do ups and down, if l am on fault l have to pay it for correct reasons l have to honour the your services.Pl. look into the matter may be inform at mail ld

सर मेरा नाम रामकिशन s/o भजनलाल है। मेरी ढाणी 2 IWM मै है सर मेरी ढाणी में बिजली कनेक्शन लेना है सर मेरा ग्रुप का नाम लिस्ट में आया हुआ है जो की 144 नंबर है सर इस ग्रुप में 3 ढाणियों का नाम है सर मेरी और 1 और ढाणी की फ़ाइल तैयार है। पर 1 सतपाल नाम का व्यक्ति है जिसका भी ग्रुप में नाम है लेकिन वो सर फ़ाइल नही लगाना चाहता है । तो सर में अब क्या करू उसकी वजह से मेरी ढाणी में भी बिजली नही लग रही सर्कार की पालिसी है की तीनों ढाणी की एकसाथ जमा होनी चाहिए। लकिन सर वो सतपाल फ़ाइल नही लगा रहा तो सर कोई हल निकले और मुझे बिजली देना का कस्ट करे सर मेरे लड़के की पढाई खराब हो रही है बिजली के बिना । सर मेरी हेल्प करो।

I have been trying to make payment from so long, each time a popup msg is coming saying that "please select a payment gateway" but where to find this so called gateway on there site is no where mention. Its already 2 hard days trying for making payment endlessly. Now forcefully i need to visit the counter for making payment. If you cant provide ways for online payment than why giving options to waste our time.

I bring to your notice that your staff mr. Akhileshwar yadav (Meter inspector) now he is posted in aburoad city in sirohi district
Mr. Yadav is careless for his duty becouse he didnt do his duty on timely
On duty time he always remain at home if you dont belive me you can see this
He go to office for do only signature only 1 day in a weak & and other day he take rest at home

So pls take necessary action against your employee

Bill desk of jodhpur discom for on line payment is notworking last few days bill last date of payment is 22/02/2018 in this situation i am not able to pay my electric bill. I am out of station how i can pay my bill. Please repare the bill desk sight immeditatelly other wise thousnad of consumer unable to pay billl on due date. Who is responsible for late fee.

आदरणीय महोदय हमारे गाँव गोगामेडी तहसील भादरा के चक 12 के खेतो में रात भर बिजली की चोरी कर खेतो में ट्यूबेल चलाये जा रहे है एक एक ट्यूबेल से 15 -15 बीघा जमीन चोरी की बिजली से पिछले 2 वर्ष से पकाई जा रही है, चोरी करने वाला सबसे मुख्य सरगना लखीराम पुत्र रणजीत नोखवाल है,
लोकल विधुत विभाग गोगामेडी के कर्मचारीयो की मिलीभागती से ये सब कार्य विधि पूर्वक चलाया जा रहा है, विगत दो साल पूर्व में भी यहा सतर्कता टीम के द्वारा छापा मारा गया थे जिसमे ये मुख्य सरगना हाथ नही आया था
