    With ref. To above mentioned subject, meter reader take wrong reading 38583 while actual reading is 37583, thus there is diffrence of 1000 units. Due to this bill for the month of aug2017 was very high, this bill was deposited by me. Kindly correct the bill and give credit to my next month bill.

          I have received a electricity bill of the month of july 17 yesterday and found electricity bill amount too much high. Unbelievable electric consumption 1124 units reading mentioned in current bill. If you see my average consumption billing, you will found maximum average consumption not more than 400 units.
          It's unacceptable billing, it may be wrong reading unit or computer data feeding error, kindly check and issue correct bill of the month of july 17. This types of excess billing. Consumer may be very irritate. Department may loose credit, believes, faith among st the consumers. Kindly arrange to amend bill and regenerate the correct bill.

              With referance above subject, i make complaint for electrical connection of main supply of my house yesterday through online toll free numbers, due to this supply of my house frequently interrupted. I request to your officer for resolve the problem and depute a person. But still no body comes at site. My family is making lot of follow up.
              So that i request you, please depute a person form pali industrial area phase 2 substation or distribution for resolve the problem.

                I paid rs 1046 for the period 1/4/2017 to 31/5/2017 but the server hasnt uploaded the bill amount as paid
                The next two month that is for the period 1/6/2017 to 20/7/17 the unit consumed is 1000 units, how come it's possible to consume so much units in 2 months where only 2 people only use the electricity. There must be proper guidelines for those who take the reading, i want the eb manager to check over this prob

                  I have installed ujala lamps and tube lights of 15 watts only in my home, daily 5 lamps kept on at evening and very less consumption and as regular consumption bill coming aroung 400 to 500 and mar & apr 2 month we consumed more electricity due to jagran program at home than bill generated of rs.795. Now may & june we consumed electricity as usual but bill generated of rs.1074 which is very high. I don't know on which basis they are charging us. If meter issue than please replace with new meter to charge us reasonable price.

                    Dear sir,

                    My connection was cut off by vigilant team on accusation of electricity theft on 22.06.2017. I got my penalty notice on 26.06.2017 and visited jasol office, balotra many time to deposit the penalty but they denied to accept. Anyhow they accepted my penalty of 86000/_ on 17.07.2017 but still no action is taken by department.
                    Moreover, the connection was on the name of ms. Shobha agarwal and i was tenant in her inhouse shop. I have valid rent agreement since jan-17 on my name. But vigilant team made penalty against my father and accepted check of 86000/- from ms. Shobha. Now i have question that is it personal avenge case of department from my father or they have decided not to restore my electricity supply connection.
                    Plz your intervention is required.

                      We have deposited electricity bill against K No:[protected] amounting Rs 4152.00 on 08.07.2017 vide No: SBIPGJU[protected] THROUGH FREE CHARGE MUMBAI. But payment clearance has not been made till up to this date . Please clarify the same as early as possible. We use free charge for payment of other dues also.
                      We have deposited electricity bill against K No:[protected] amounting Rs 4152.00 on 08.07.2017 vide No: SBIPGJU[protected] THROUGH FREE CHARGE MUMBAI. But payment clearance has not been made till up to this date . Please clarify the same as early as possible.

                              This complaint is regarding the cutoff of electricity in the village Sangar Tehsil Fatehgarh district Jaisalmer. I request you to kindly look into this matter as its been 2 days that electricity is not coming and the climate is also clear i.e there is no rainfall in this area else there is no supply.its been the matter of discomfort and lack of supply of electricity, this type of problem is major in this area .so plz reduce this matter if inconvenience

                                Dear sir/madam

                                I have lodged a complaint regarding fault rectification in my house at 3:07 pm on 13/07/2017 officer took much time in taking of my complaint more than 30 times up to 4:45pm dated 14/07/2017. But rectification problem is not solved upto 4:45pm dated 14/07/2017. My complain number is[protected].
                                When i again called to check status of my complaint the officer told it will be attended in half hour and after some time i called again and asked about status detail the officer told that the complaint has been forwarded to frt and om further questioning he gave me mobile no of frt when i called on that number the same was found to be switched off. Still i am struggling fir resolution of my complaint so please take appropriate action again jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam limited.

                                  I have agriculture connection on my tubewell. Account no. 2108/0319, k no[protected].

                                  I have used electricity near about two hundred units during last one year but bill of electricity for the month of march to april, 2017 and may to june, 2017 are raised for 2772 units to 2625 units and amount for both bills is near about four thousands. I have already paid the amount through district e-mitra samiti, authorized service provider in time. This amount is not correct. Please rectify that bills and refund the excess amount in my electric bills. So that it will be adjusted in next electricity bill.

                                    I have called ten times to customer care to check my light from 7pm 10/07/17. But they send me this message only.
                                    Dear consumer, this is to inform you that your complaint has been assigned to fault rectification team against complaint no.[protected] on date: 10-jul-2017.. At 10pm dt 10/07/17.
                                    But my complaint is not resolved at morning 6am dt 11/07/17. We are facing many problems without electricity in summer season but lineman didn't come. Plz do needful action
