Your kind attention needed in the following matter.

Our company name is yash granites. (Abu road, rajasthan)
We had applied for mip connection for 59hp with receipt num : 12825 / 24
Dated : 1st aug 2017. Demand note for this was released on 30th aug 2017 (Receipt num : 8061 / 98). We had processed the demand of 63351 on next day itself 31st aug 2017.

No action has been taken till date. We are unaware of the status for our request for connection. Because of this many other things are pending as our new setup is in progress. We require your urgent attention in this matter and also kindly let us know the date by which we can expect the connection to take place. We would like it to be done as early as possible.
Kindly update and revert us as soon as possible

The person does not change the meter for the sake of money. And telling us wherever you want to complaint i don't care i won't change the meter. Name of that person incharge of changing the meter is kesaram.

मै गोरधन राम देवडा जो कि गांव पाबूपड़िया पोकरण हु। यहा पर बिजली की व्यवस्था बंद हुए 1 महीने से ज्यादा हो गया है। इसके लिए मेने पोकरण में जाकर विभाग को बताया लेकिन वहाँ से कोई सही जवाब नही मिल रहा है। इस मौसम में रात को विषेले जीव की संख्या ज्यादा होती है तो बिजली की आवश्यकता बहुत अधिक है । मै आपसे निवेदन की जल्द से जल्द transformer सही करवा कर या fault को दूर करके बीजली व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से चालू करवाये । [protected]

I checked my meter box unit on 25/8/2017, it was 007128 units
Again i checked on 31/8/2017, the unit was, 007137.
Again i checked on 2/9/2017, it is showing 007370 units...
How could this much units increased approx. 230 units in 2 days. I m using one celing fan, 7 watt led bulb, and a motor pump which i on for jst 30 min per day... Then how i can get this much units???

जोधपुर डिस्कॉम के पाली जिले के रानी तहसील में विद्युत विभाग के जिम्मेदार jen तथा तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के द्वारा अपने सरकारी आवास में बेफिक्र होकर बड़ी आसानी से बिजली की चोरी की जा रही है।
लेकिन उन पर किसी के द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जा रही है। बिजली चोरी का नियम कानून सिर्फ सामान्य लोगों पर ही लागू होता है और सामान्य लोगों की ही चोरी पकड़ी जाती है।और सामान्य लोगों की ही विद्युत चोरी की vcr भरी जाती है।
लेकिन आज तक किसी बिजली चोरी करने वाले अधिकारी तथा कर्मचारी पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई।रानी में jen तथा तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के आवास पर लगे नए मीटरों की दुर्दशा यह साफ- साफ बयान करती है।नए मीटर होने के बावजूद इनके आवसो पर लगे हुए मीटरों पर ना तो seal है और ना ही cover है।इस तरीके से यह बेफिक्र होकर आसानी से बिजली चोरी करते हैं और इनके आवासों का बिजली बिल उपयोग के अनुरूप बहुत ही कम आता है।लेकिन जोधपुर डिस्कॉम के किसी भी अधिकारी ने इन पर किसी भी प्रकार की कोई उचित कार्यवाही नहीं की और ना ही इनकी विद्युत चोरी की vcr भरी गई।
ये बिजली चोरी के कानून आम जनता पर ही लागू होते हैं बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारी तथा अधिकारी पर लागू नहीं होते हैं।इसलिए वह आसानी से बिजली चोरी करते हैं और उनकी विद्युत चोरी पकड़ने वाला कोई नहीं है क्योंकि ये सब आपस में मिले हुए हैं और अपने अपने पदों की गरिमा का गलत इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं जिससे विद्युत विभाग की आय को भारी नुकसान हो रहा है।

Jen तथा तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के आवास पर लगे हुए मीटरों की संख्या तथा स्थिति इस प्रकार है।

I am having a lot of trouble with my bill lately... I keep on getting bills like rs.5000 and more in spite of the fact that we are only 3 people and have one phase connection... People in our neighborhood have 3 phase connection and use a lot of electricity and they have a family of 6 people and even after using a. C. They don't get charged too much... I tried to complain many times but they don't take any action.. I tried to avoid uses and even replace all appliances with better and less efficient ones but still there is no decrement in bill... Nobody listnes to complaints and nobody takes any action.. I'm sure there is something wrong but their negligence is costing me a lot... I can't afford to pay that much bill plzz take some action

Sir jvvnl ke under barmer grmin ki supply 7 bje se bnd hai... Es mousm me grmi aur mshron ki wjh se longon ke behaal hai.. Im from gadra road, teh. Gadra road, dist. Barmer. Hamre yaha adarsh vidhya mandir ke samne ek makan (Farsaram suthar) me last 4-5 months se bijli chiri se kaam chla rhe h. Or unka conection pahle se cut kiya hua h or bill bhi bakaya h. Yha ke servicemen hanuman ram se complaint ki koi action ni liya gya, sab chor h. 18 august ko gav me 15 hours ki katoti thi, in sab ki laparvahi k karan. So plz sir take any action

Banar road, khokhriya village elake me light ki bahut hi badi samsiya hai. 4 se 6 ghante light gul rahti hai line man aur karmchari es par dhayaan nahi desi, es chetra ki public bahut preshan hai. Please es taraf dhayaan de. Line me kahi chota falt hota hai to bhi 1 se 2 ghante tak bijlee bandh rahti hai. Kabhi kabhi to full night problem thik nahi hoti. Garmi aur machro ne preshan kar diya hai. Bijlee supply night me properly nahi hone se maleriya hone ka bhi pura khatra hai yaha ki public ko. Esliye meri request hai vidut vibhag ke adhikariyon se ki please es samsiya ka samaadhaan kare.

Matter is under the jurisdiction of a. En. Osian (Jodhpur)
Gram panchayat bher, revenue village rawal nagar.

From last 3 days there is no electricity supply due to fault in line and by which about one dozen houses are facing hard without electricity supply. The customers phoned to concerned lineman madha ram bishnoi on number of times, but he is negligent towards his duty and has not responded properly. Thereafter, the concerned j. En. And a. En. Were also informed about the situation, but they also putting responsibility on each other.

Please take the matter seriously and ordered to continue the electricity supply in concerned area and oblige.

I complain vdvvnl staff also not proper knowldgeful. Thier staff lesay work and my conntion delay. They ask to me that time we have heavy work load so most off files pending and not take action
I applied on time, when i submit application for connection that time not any high court stay, and so i requested to pls provided my connection,

They are not provide my submitted document and application,
Staff ask me pls do rti request for your copy but why '
My next action cousumer court for your delay work and not provide conntion. I have water connation and other menities, my house on road of chenpura. My house next to shivam vatika 30 meter ditance have electrick conntion.

Sir, my agriculture. Conection not. Working due to heavy rainfall. Complent given to respective office but still not rectified by concerning engineer /maintanance worker. Season. Time for irrigation. I am from pali rajasthan 103, vasant vihari complaint for electricityfault in our house perticulerly from the morning 11 o'clock there is no light in our house and i called 5-6 times but they just given excuses that yes will solve it shortly... Will do soon... But still no one came and now its erthing in our electric applaences is any one tell me what's wrong. And when i called an electrician of electric office then he said he will take 500/- rupees for coming.. Tell me for what u all are taking bill money. Reply me soon else i'll complain against ur department to higher department.

With ref. To above mentioned subject, meter reader take wrong reading 38583 while actual reading is 37583, thus there is diffrence of 1000 units. Due to this bill for the month of aug2017 was very high, this bill was deposited by me. Kindly correct the bill and give credit to my next month bill.
