In the age of computer we now approaching to 4G even we not getting electricity bills on our mail id even we submit emailed to the department why ???????????? we crushed by the local clerk which do not take interest in consumer but he give full support to his android mobile and playing whatups...

Public is very huge problem due to bhiwadi jvvnl staff for monthly electricity bill public is come on at jvvnl office at 9.30 am but jvvnl staff come on at 10.30 am jvvnl Jaipur confirm the duty time of all staff all staff bheave is very bad for public person so I am request the high management please do the needful for this problem I hope u for help....

It seems that you want the consumers to encircle you for pity matter like duplicate bills as this facility is not practical to common consumer. you should facilitate the consumers by making them able to generate duplicate copy of bills like the facility of online payment simply by their K.No. only....
