      I have paid my electricity bill using the link quick pay on the website jdvvnl.com whose platform is billdesk . my account get debited but I did not received any confirmation mail on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and on checking its status my bill is still unpaid and amount is not credited to my account.

        Account No. 1704/0160 : Bill No.[protected] I have the Domestic connection of 01 KW at my residence 16, Malviya Nagar, Jodhpur. Presen meter reading as on 21 Nov 2015 is 24216 where as current reading shown in the above stated meter bill is 24865 (Reading date[protected] It must have been due to some error on the part of JDVVNL employee. Please amend/ rectify the error in your records and accordingly reissue the correct bill. It is highly objectionable. Thanks, Truly, Priti Pal singh

                      Hello sir I am Pankaj Katiyar from gomati nagar bambala puliya, sanganer .Our k no is[protected] . Our meter units of two month average units are between 200 to 300 units. But last bill month it comes near about 1000 units . it was shocking for us. we complained it in near electricity office at pratap nagar.Jvvnl Electricty employee visit our house and they found that meter was not working properly. they changed the meter within seven days. But jvvnl persons is not reducing bill according to our average bill.we registered complained for reducing bill to jvvnl office. But they deny even they admit that meter was not working properly. Next bill month they increases bill amount near about 14000 thousand. Pls take action on my complain asap. Regrds Pankaj Katiyar [protected], [protected]

                                      Public is very huge problem due to bhiwadi jvvnl staff for monthly electricity bill public is come on at jvvnl office at 9.30 am but jvvnl staff come on at 10.30 am jvvnl Jaipur confirm the duty time of all staff all staff bheave is very bad for public person so I am request the high management please do the needful for this problem I hope u for help.

                                        It seems that you want the consumers to encircle you for pity matter like duplicate bills as this facility is not practical to common consumer. you should facilitate the consumers by making them able to generate duplicate copy of bills like the facility of online payment simply by their K.No. only.

                                        my ward no. 23 main market near shri mehandipur balaji's temple, Ratangarh . This area road light will be off for 3-4 days please sir check and solve this problem fastly. Thank You.
