Sir mera vidhut connection a/c no.1607/0134 hai is a/c me maine aapki aur se emi par di jane wali three led maine nahin li hai lekin jab me lene gaya to mujhe pata laga ki mere a/c me three led emi par 22/05/2015 ko issue kar di gayi hai jo ki maine nahin lee hai kripya aapse nivedan hai ki iski jaanch karke mujhe bataya jaye ki kis document ke aadhhar par kisne ye three led lee hai .

    False electricity bill for the month of july 15, against the meter no. 5286361

    I got the electricity bill for the month of july 15, amounting rs. 24462. 00 for my house m - 220 / m5, asiana angan, which is a false & incorrect bill, hence i would request the concern authorities to please check it and correct immediately and also take care for the next bill onwards....

      You have a fit new meter .Since 3 months ago.Then after my billing amount high rate.I m go to power house but you have no responce, so, i m humbly request please check my meter correct working another i have go to consumer court.Meter number-8143582/1 address-nenkha reen hwas
      Consumer name-minthu ram a/c no[protected] my contact number is-[protected].
      I m unsatisfied.So, i have request please check my meter as soon as possible

      Regarding Non receipt of Agriculture connection after 5 year and 3 month time

      I have land in Pali M sheoganj ( Sirohi ) land apply for connection 5 HP before 5 year 3 month
      and deposit 2525 INR and Get receipt but till today i have no receipt any connection or information
      government policy show that government provide all facility provided to farmers
      but still i female farmer cant receipt of above this connection

        I have applied for a new connection of electricity but its been more than a month they have not installed new connection and even the light cut off is also huge more than 8 hours there is no light in day time as well as the billing also, we don't use electricity still have to pay 400rs per month its too costly even cities which are having 24hours connection they also don't charge more than 150. Please make some solution on this and if they can't provide 24 hers service then please hand it over to some private company like torrent which can provide 24hrs electricity and their service is also 24hrs they solve problems in a day they don't take months or days to solve anything...

          Replacement of old pole to widden the road


          Recently old poles were subtituted at Kamla Nehru Nagaar IInd Extn.on the road starting from MAIN gate of SOMANI COLLEGE passing between Defence Colony and KAMLA NEHRU Nagar IInd Extn.(Sector A) to widden road and facilitating construction of CC road.
          But infront of plot NO A33 and A37 New pole was irracted and the old one was not removed.
          Now the construction ion of C C road has been started and the old pole is narrowing the road and


          creating problem.We have cntacted the AEN CRP but no response received.
          PLEASE DO NEEDFUL IMMEDIATELY and oblige.

              Dear sir, I am ritika Gharoo from 30 pc punjabi city, sri ganganagar. sir there is no power supply in my house for continous 24 hour. I asked his name for making complaint against him.                           Dear Sir, Our meter changed request had been already lodge in your sub division AEN (O& M)Bidasar office code 3104310 account no 2332/0018 bill no [protected] on 30.04.2015 & avg bill also paid up to 30.04.2015. But we surprise that recently recd your new bill in my a/c of Rs.37000/=which is not applicable to us. So pls go through the same our complaint reg no for mco no[protected] dt 30.04.2015 through with your bidasar office ON 30.04.2015. for your ready ref. complaint with bill copy enclosed with attechment sheets. So pls take suitable action with concern authority & clear the same & arrage to replace our meter & new fresh bill in my a/c so that we can deposit actual due payments. So many time visited your office & reptead requested to your concern office but no response from your side. Rgds P.                               sir I have been using yr quickpay module for online payments witout waiting for bill hard copy. The module allows payments to accepted without checking whether bill has been raised or not, For the last 4 mths, I have paid as follows 05/4/2015 Rs 16335 rect no[protected] 29/5/2015 Rs 20131 rect no 213363 29/6/2015 Rs 20879 rect no 223363 Request modify yr system incorporating logic for acceptance of payments against a valid demand without which payments should not be accepted

                                Despite of calling regularly to jvnl complaint call centre no body attended the complaint after 15 hrs it is quite amazing to heard that every caller gives me one hour time to rectify the complaint but in vain & my house is around half km from heerapura power house if this is response what will happen to the outskrits
                                1st complaint-9.30 pm
                                2nd follow up 11.5 pm sita ram
                                3rd follow up 8.00am komal
                                4th followup 10am sangeeta
                                5th followup 12.30 kiran & sr agent madan
                                6th with line man giving time 3-4 pm radheshyam
                                Hoping to get complaint attended

                                  Sir/Madam, On 26th June 2015 I register complaint (number[protected] on toll free number ([protected]) at 1:22 PM for power intereption at home. I got reply SMS regarding assignment of fault for rectification at 1:30 PM, after it I got SMS at 3:33 regarding close the complaint (altough problem was not attended). I again register compaint[protected] at 4:51 PM. This time also complaint closed without attendeing it at 6:44 PM. Again register complaint[protected] at 7:06 PM, surprisingly it was also closed without attending at 9:42 PM. Last I went Mansarovar office, personaly ask him to attend the problem. Attendent at office call the rectification party and finaly problem attended at 10:40 PM. My question is that on what basis they closed the complaint without attending. If problem solved by persoanl visit to electricity office than for what toll free services? My K Number is[protected] For further correspondence e mail is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    I have made the complaint to JVVNL customer care regarding not having electricity in my house on 24.06.15 complaint no.[protected]. But no repair person came to our house and no action has been taken till today. I have spoke to executive and they given new complaint no .[protected] on today i.e. 26.06.15. How you close the old complaint with out closing the issue. We are just waiting for justice from JVVNL.

                                      To, JDVVNL., Jodhpur. Sir, I'm from Banar, Jodhpur (Near Govt. Hospital). I Would like to inform you that here electricity goes 10 to 15 times per hour. I often complaints to your tollfree number they gives me sudden fruitful answer that the light will come in half and hour but actually it doesn't. You know sir it's summer season is ongoing, without electricity living life is not easy.So sir please look into this issue and take immediate action against this..
