Low voltage does not permit our fans to operate. It puts us into great difficulties. Due to low voltage our electric equipments got impaired. Sir, you also know, this year the summer is extremely hot so the old people facing it very difficult to tackle the problem and situation is that in the heat of afternoon it becoming difficult to live in the house and this irregularity in electric supply is causing obstacles in our children education in this area.. Dear Sir/ Madam, I want to make you aware about a matter of bend in electricity pole situated near by my house. I am enclosing some photos of it also with this complain which clearly shows the position of the electricity pole. To avoid any mishappenings or critical conditions of merging of phases with each other of that pole due to loose wires in heavy air flows etc. I request you to please take necessary steps to replace it with a new electricity pole as soon as possible. sir, please guide me that what will be consumption charges if consumption is 25. then what kind of charges applicable thereon and what will be total bill amount. please also mention charges accordingly utilization of electricity upto 1000 in a table. one more query is that whether security charges once paid is not applicable. i have received an notice to deposit balance security of Rs. 2196/-. what is mean of this. when we applied for this it has to be deposited. again and again how it may change. further, i am also requested you to correct your SDO Code on bills provided by your office. as i am not able to findout the same on my bills as shown on direction (?) corner above. on bill it is shown 2104210. early reply will be solicited. with regards, Rakesh Kumar Byadwal
