Wrong location of electricity pole in prem nagar 3rd

Sir,
I stay in prem nagar -3rd, behind sarvodaya school, near government hand pump.
We all people are facing a problem because of jvvnl .
Jvvnl has fixed electricity pole in our drainage system.(Nali)
Because of this electricty pole, nali remains always chocked.
Further, mosquitos are causing problem because of this nali.
Please arrange to re allocate this electricty pole.
