we are not received electricity bills since last one year.we are taken out bills on provisional basis from department.we are also not understood on which basis they generate bills to us.we are also try to resolve this problem on department basis but they are neither provide us reasons of it nor try to resolve this problem....

I live at Sector 11 Chopasni Housing Board, Nandan Van, Jodhpur. The street lights in my community from house number 700 to 990 are in state of neglect and disrepair. The condition is appalling with lights fallen, fused and frequent black outs. We are have complained many times but to no avail. Since couple of weeks employees of JVNNL cite that election model code of conduct stops them from performing their duties. I have thoroughly read the model code of conduct and have also asked the Election Commission of India to explain the preview of the MCC. Kindly repair our street lights. My house is 340, Ashapurna velly Jhalamand bypass Jodhpur .Our meter display is not working. for which I have filed a complaint for change of meter in march 2013. in spite of reminding 3-4 times the meter is not changed. I am continuing paying more amount of bill because their is very less consumption of electricity. Please change the meter as soon as possible and make correction in electricity bill also . The amount which I have paid in excess from April 2013 should be adjusted in next bills

Dear sir, Today evening I have done complaint to your light office by telephonic on[protected] and mr parveen picked my phon & submit my complain. He gave me complain no 330951 (alok kumar soni) and said to me that after half an hour your light fault will do ok. But when after one hour again I make call then mr ravindra picked my phon then I told him about my complaint no. And asked him still nobody has come for takecare my line fault. Then mr. Ravindra repleyed me that we will do your work next morning. then again I asked him about my complain no. They again and again refused me. Then I took no of duty officer [protected] mr ankit from my friend and make him call so many time but from there I also got same reply "Sorry we can't help you out". So resp. Sir this is my request to kindly take action against all of them (mr. Parveen, mr. Ravindra, mr. Ankit). Becouse they all have no responsibility against job.

2012, i have submit three application on three different dates last year...
but yet no meter is replaced...
due to this i have to pay more electricity charges... from the last year...
