Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] — unexpected discontinuation of power supply in rural areas

Myself a student from rural area (Mungthala, Abu Road)of Sirohi district.
My grievance towards JVVNL is to strictly Manner your staff's to be regulated on duty and resolve any issues faces by people of any locality under your coverage.
As of me, I complained many times on your toll free as well as concerned area electricity board, but they never responded satisfactorily. I must say it's a failure of your Department to serve us better.
I hope for service of excellence will be initiated to us by your Department.
