John Deere India — cibil score affecting on tractor loan guarantee issue

I rishipal s/o ranjeet singh, house no.82/2, besala farm manjavli road, tigaon, faridabad.

Give guarantee of rituraj for his tractor loan, but due to some misunderstanding
Between rituraj & john dear loan department for wrong penalty. They charge on mr rituraj.

But due to this issue, john dear effect my cibil score, i am government employ of haryan government. And i am only guarantor of mr rituraj, so why you effecting my cibil or financial status.

Please correct this issue or i have to take action regarding this.
