I m complain to your service number but there are no any strick action and i m daily follow up your technician but its will be say next 4 days your lift is complete and our mechanical tem is not awailabe at this time so please kindly inform them and resolve my problem its very bad experiance in johnson elevator...

Johnson Lifts — Wrong diagnose of problem and after replacing the suggested parts same problem persists and now new suggestions to replace other p

Earlier we had the same problem. For that problem you have diagnosed that the Siemens DC switch to be changed/replaced and oil to be changed. Now after changing / replacing also, the same problem persists. That means you have wrongly diagnosed the problem and You have given a quotation at an exorbitant rate of Rs 8900. In fact the Siemens DC switch comes for 1650 with GST and oil comes for around 1500. But your company does not allow spares...

Johnson Lifts — Lift stuck between the floors

Address:Hari Shanti Apts, Khandelwal nagar, Amravati

Our Apartment lift stuck in between the floors. There will no any issues when doing comprehensive AMC. With general AMC the issue do arises. Actually the Johnsons employees are not faithful.
Do not install the Johnsons lift....
