Dear Sir, I am one of the residents of Pride Pristine, Electronic City, Bangalore to whom you sold your flat and asked us to use the facilities that your have offered. One of the important I want to bring this to your notice that lifts are still not operational and it's Lift rescue systems seems to be faulty. This morning our house maid was stuck in the lift which was fallen freely without Rescue System. I need your attention that this has created panic among residents and external vendors who work for residents/Pride directly or indirectly. This issue was not fixed since the time Pride Group handed over flats to us. For the interest of safety of residents who purchased flats from you I urge you to look into this matter in war foot basis and request you to provide us ETA

Hello to whom so ever it may concern. we are living in MVV Esteem, chinna waltair, opp: kotak school, vizag-530017 we have Johnson LIft and installed in year 2007, last 7-8 years working well, you know all because it was new lift which purchased not because of service technicians. in last 3 months we are facing lot of issues with lifts may be due to wear and tear, but service is poor and they had brand name but poor technicians. one day they claimed SMPS failed, but it was only one IC cost 150INR issue they were trying to charge 5000 INR, and can you believe they took around 5 days to replace it. poor old age people, patients suffered a lot. recently they observed shaft broken which I feel not harm. but they are acting if we run the lift then that damage this damage may occur. but truth is that shaft broken about 2 months ago and they didnt notice it. you can see the grains on the shaft which seems like old. when I asked what is tare weight of the car no answer. they wanted to stop the running of car, but no idea what happens if they run the lift. to the best of my knowledge like after observing like shaft position, load flywheel vibrations, foundation stiffness etc. nothing will happen if you run the lift, but without our notice they came and stopped the lift, which is ridiculous and after 7 days they came with letter to repair that item. now they are saying it will take atleast 15 days to repair, means total 21 days we have to suffer and they dont care about the customer support. this is damn company dont care about the customers and old age people. I wanted to circulate the same in social media as well if they dont care our lift. I will take to builders association and news paper also.

The passenger lift no. is L-1922-PO1. Address: Ramana Kripa, 7, Gopalakrishna Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017. It is not possible to operate the switch in the cabin to go down from the third floor. The lift was renovated in June or so. Since then this the lift was not checked. even once. The floor doors and the cabin door are very tight for operation. Please attend early.

This lift is rarely used as there is one apartment per floor. GF & 1F owner don't use lift. In last one year this lift is always out of order. In last 30 days this lift has failed at least 45 times. Amounts to 1 & 1/2 failure per day. Technicians who attend to breakdown cause more damage to equipment. They appear to know nothing of their discipline. They appear like bunch of cobblers. If Lift had an access to High Court, all your mechanics would be in jail.

We are regularly on AMC for the last 9 years at the location- Chamundeswari Enclave, santhinagar, nellore-Andhra Pradesh-LIFT NO-LA7467. Lift was not working sine 12-00PM on[protected], we complained to Vijayawada office. Again reminded at 17-00 hrs. The technician available at Nellore itself came for inspection at 18-00hrs and rectified. we are disstisfied with Johnsons lifts service.

We undersigned the developers engaged in business of Development and Construction of buildings and we have to state as under:

We state that this letter is reminder to our above referred letter dated 6th January, 2014 and 13th February, 2014, and we are repeat and reiterate whatever states therein as part of this letter.

We state that by the above referred subject order No. JL/49/MH01/00243/E dated 03/03/2012 we have purchased/engaged you to Install Four Lifts at our project at Prathmesh View Residency, CTS 365, Nahur, Mumbai as mentioned therein.


We state that after our continuance request and follow up with Mr. Mayur Koli over phone for installation and completion of work of said four lifts at our said project, there is no work has been started by you and it is appears that your only wants to prolong the work of said four lifts at our said project without any genuine reason.

We state that we already informed you by our above reference letters that flat purchaser are keen for obtain the possession of their respective flats and they have taken admissions in Schools of their children near the our said project as we committed them to hand over possession of their flat on 1st week of April, 2014. If we failed to do so, we have to pay rent for alternative accommodation for 11 months, which you please note.

We state that due to your failure to complete the work of installation of four lifts at our said project as agreed and committed by you, we have to pay a sum of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- (Rupees Five Lac Only) towards rent for alternative accommodation for 11 (Eleven) months to the flat purchasers commencing from 1st April, 2014 on account of not handing over the possession of flats to flat purchasers on due schedule.

In the above circumstances, we hereby state that we are suffering loss of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- (Rupees Five Lac Only) per month due to your failure to complete entire work of the said four lifts within the said time schedule. Thus you are solely responsible and liable for the same, which you please note.

We further state that we are unable to hand over the possession of flats to flat purchasers till installation of the said four lifts at our said project by you.

We hereby request you to complete the installation of four lifts at our said project at the earliest and we are ready and willing to extend our full support and cooperate to you.

Hello Johnson Lifts Support Team, This is out last choice for complaining against Johnson Lifts services. It is really frustrating that nobody from the Johnson Lifts company is concerned about the issues we, Beauty Pamls CHS, Khopat thane are suffering. Nobody is picking up support calls and there is absolutely no response from the support cell. The lift gets stopped abruptly, causing concerns to the residents of the Society. People have to take stairs for 19 floors since there is a breakdown that happens on a regular basis. We have tried all the mediums of commncations to lodge our complaint but there is no response. We pay Rs. 2, 60, 000/- every year to Johnson Lifts company for maintain these lifts. Even though by paying so much money there is a lack of support from them. Dear Sir/madam, We have two lifts in our apartment complex for which three months AMC was done by the developer. We have approached Mr Jayakumar of Johnson Lifts with a request to renew our AMC for one year and iut has been one month with no response from the company. There are old people living in the complex and only one of two lifts is working. If the second lift, maintained thus far by Johnsons Ltd goes off road, there will be a crisis and the lift company would have to face the consequences. May we request that appropriate action be taken to resolve the situation at the earliest please.

The Lifts in our apartment ADI TOWERS -MRR INFRA ASSOCIATES FIXED on 26/04/2012 and almost every month we have problems it gets struck up and no one attends from Johnson Lifts properly, as they are very much concerned over getting in to the AMC part of it nothing else more, we highly regret to choose desired johnson lift and it is the worst of ever we have come across. The apartment is 4 floors and totally 12 houses, almost every month its break down for a wk. all elderly and kids are staying in the top floor. I installed recently (ONE YEAR OLD)Johnson lift at my home frequently getting struck. When we call emergency people are coming and making lift to go. But not attending the real root cause of the problem due to this the very next day it gets struck again. WE GOT A QUOTATION FROM YOU WHICH INCLUDED AUTOMATIC RESCUE DEVICE (GIVEN TO US BY MR.BALA – AT PRESENT HE IS NOT WITH JOHNSON).
WE GOT THE ORDER FORM FROM MR.BALA , WHICH WE SIGNED AND GAVE ADVANCE FOR THE LIFT WORK TO BE STARTED.WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO GET THE JOB COMPLETED FOR THE LIFT, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC RESCUE DEVICE IN YOUR ORDER FORM AND WE WERE GIVEN A QOUTE OF 1.2 LAKHS FOR THE SAME.
WE THOUGHT THAT MR.BALA WAS GIVING THE SAME SPECIAL INCLUSIONS WHICH HE GAVE US A QUOTATION, FOR WHICH WE GAVE THE ADVANCE AND STARTED THE WORK. IT WAS OUR MISTAKE WE DID NOT READ IT IN FULL.
WE HAVE GIVEN THE COPY OF QUOTE TO MR.PETER AS SAID BY MR. RAJESH AND MR.PALANIAPPAN ON[protected]. HOW COME SUCH THINGS HAPPEN WITH JOHNSON? WE HAVE STRONG BELIEF IN JOHNSON i.e THE REASON WE HAVE INSTALLED IN OUR NEW SITE TOO, RECOMMENDED IT TO OTHERS.

The Lifts in our apartment J Block is frequently breaksdown and it is posing threat to the lives of the residents.
The apartment is 20 floors and lift becomes very critical.
Yesterday we had a life threatening situation where a patient was critical and the lift broke down.
We tried to contact the Technician but he was unable to help saying no one is there at the night shift.

We want that the Johnson Lifts should look into this issue urgently.
1. Though the capacity is 8 persons, but it gets stuck when the load is just 5 people.
2. Even if its overloaded it does not give a warning as is normal for other lifts like - Schindler, etc.
3. The service life just goes up and down and the door never opens.
4. Major issue with the intelligence.

We would like to treat this as a formal complaint from Ajmera Infinity, J Block Association.
For any claims this will be treated as a registered complaint.

We will be lodging a complaint for mental and physical agony that was suffered due to deficiency in service by the provider.

this is to again lodge a complaint regarding johnson lifts work which was done at sapphire a project in chembur where the quality of work provided is not been maintained by sales team headed by mr bhalla ( in charge sales). they had committed to look into the matter but 8-10 months have gone by but nothing as been done. i have complained to them several times but they are not paying any attention towards it. how do i approach a consumer cell as i have already lodged a complaint here

VERY POOR SERVICES ARE BEING PROVIDED FOR THE LIFTS INSTALLED AT AKASH GANGA VIHAR AHIRAWAN KANPUR. DESPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS MADE TO THE REPRESENTATIVES AVAILABLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVICING THERE IS NOT MUCH IMPROVEMENT.

this is to bring to your notice the problem we are facing with johnson lifts which we have installed in our bldg. mr bhalla ( sales) is aware of the situation and now inspite of many reminders since last 10 months there is no action taken from the johnson authorities.
they make false promises before taking the order and then backtrack,pl try and change the style of payment too as tgey take entire amount before installation and do not show the lift which will be installed.

We are facing the problem OF JOHNSON MADE LIFT.The lift is at a four storied building, situated at M-2, Gokul Tower, CHAYTANYA NAGAR, RAIGARH CITY, CHHATTISGARH. The said lift is out of order since January 1,2011, evening. No one has attended the lift. We are facing problem for the lift very frequently since its installation. It is informed by our property owner that due to some spare problem, the lift is out of order and the engineer of Johnson Lift from Raipur is yet to come to attend the problem.

We are staying at Concord Portia, Balewadi, Pune. Lifts at this society are of Johnsons India Pvt Ltd.It is hardly 8 months when builder has started giving possesion to house owners.I am in one of the first few who started living in the society (Flat No.801, A Building).Since the day lifts are installed, not even a single day would be there wehn lift is not tripped.There are two lifts in each building. In building A it very rare that both lifts are working.Poor Watchmen will have to go to upstair to switch on the PCB. I alongwith other society member feel so cheated by builder that he brought such a horrble company's lift. I would recommend to who so ever read this message, please do not use the lifts of Johnson India Pvt Ltd.

The lift we have in Waterford apartments Thiruvanmiyur. passes into repair frequently.Lift inspectors have not verified this so far.We have lifts act in TN but the inspectors should come and see the history of failures and replacemnts of parts made etc...One day a old lady was in the lift for hours because of failure.she swooned.Many a time this lift stops despite AMC and frequent repairs the conditon is persisting.This fourm authorities may take up with the electrical inspector at Guindy Chennai.Further Fire service people who visited to rescue the old lady in the stopped lift complain of frequent high voltage in the building.They should take up with higher ups in the electricity board to ensure that correct voltage is maintained in the building supply.Even complaints have been registered with the Asst.EngineerTNEB AT Thiruvanmiyur.But no action is taken so far.
