Since last 10days lift is out of order, called & filed complaint at Bareilly n Lucknow service centre ….
But they are not responsible…
Always they say … sir, part nahi hai head office mail kiya hai … jaise hi part aaye ga lift sahi kar denge”
They are not assuring us that till how many days they will repair the lift

I am a resident of Renaissance Prospero Apartments on Bellary Road, Byatarayanapura, Bangalore. I would like to know if the elevators provided and maintained by yourselves are legally certified as safe to use, after inspection by your personnel.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue with service lifts
LIF-7214 and LIF-7198 at Jaypee Aman Tower-11. I regret to inform you that
these lifts have not been functioning for the past more than 15 days, despite engineers
having attended to the problem. While their efforts are appreciated, the system
has only been able to work for an hour before breaking down again.

I would like to request you to kindly send experienced engineers to fix
the problem at the earliest. The malfunctioning lifts are causing great
inconvenience to the residents of the building, as they are unable to access
the lifts for their daily tasks.

I request you to take urgent action to resolve the problem and ensure that
the lifts are in good working condition, so that the residents can avail of
them and perform their tasks without any further delay.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt
resolution of the issue.

Poor costumer response. No reliability of query pick up. Poor staff. Unreliable dependency. No one should go for Johnson lifts for any big projects. I have been waiting from months to get it finalised but because of poor management and not getting connected with the costumers specially at mathura branch salesmen name mayank & ram, none would get their lifts to their high and buildings

This is my review for Johnson lifts after when I got so much ignorance from your staff after when I told them whatsoever my requirements were.

Even when I called them, they told me that it's all up to me if I am not interested by the sales manager Divyank [protected] and ram [protected].

The lift door malfunctioned and stormed onto a resident exiting from the lift at high speed. This resulted in heavy bruises to the resident and was very fatal to personal safety.

The issue has been reported previously and yet has re-occured causing bad bruises to the resident. It is the outer door malfunction working without any sync with the inside door.

I am Krishna Murthy, lead auditor ISO 9001, We have Johnson lift (lift No :L-E5860, Prestige Residency, Rotary street, tuni, East Godavari . For this lift purpose AMC was taken and recently renewed . Now as per technician information, SS wire rope was damaged and suggested immediately shall change . For this purpose I asked for a quote for rope, Gear oil, V-wheel and insulation tape and they were given approx 48, 984/- . I was surprised to see your quote. Usha martin SS wire rope cost is 240 /- per meter in johnson and the same rope cost in market is 80/- . is it possible ?

I asked your local team and they rudely answered to contact head office persons.

Please give me clarification and send revised quote or if not possible to reduce the cost please cancel AMC and return amount to us

I am writing this letter to inform you that the lift of our building “Karan Builders and Developers Karan Imperial” Omkar Nagar, Nagpur, Lift Number L-P9464 has not been working properly since installation dated 6th Jul 2022. The problem we are facing in lift it comes up near about 4-5 inches from the floor surface on the last floor and the same goes down 4-5 inches on the ground floor. We have attached some pictures for your reference.

The non-functional lift is causing inconvenience to all the flat owners. We have already complained and intimated to your maintenance team regarding this issue many times but every time they repair it on complaints but the problem has not been resolved yet, Need to take strict action on this cause and get this fixed ASAP.

Kindly, investigate this matter and arrange for the proper repair of the lift as soon as possible. I hope that you will take quick action in this matter other wise we will seek legal help under Sections 287 (negligent conduct with respect to machinery) and 337 (causing hurt by an act of endangering the life or personal safety of others).

I m complain to your service number but there are no any strick action and i m daily follow up your technician but its will be say next 4 days your lift is complete and our mechanical tem is not awailabe at this time so please kindly inform them and resolve my problem its very bad experiance in johnson elevator

Earlier we had the same problem. For that problem you have diagnosed that the Siemens DC switch to be changed/replaced and oil to be changed. Now after changing / replacing also, the same problem persists. That means you have wrongly diagnosed the problem and You have given a quotation at an exorbitant rate of Rs 8900. In fact the Siemens DC switch comes for 1650 with GST and oil comes for around 1500. But your company does not allow spares purchased outside purchase. This is nothing but exploiting the customer.
Now you are suggesting to change SMPS 12 volts

Our Apartment lift stuck in between the floors. There will no any issues when doing comprehensive AMC. With general AMC the issue do arises. Actually the Johnsons employees are not faithful.
Do not install the Johnsons lift.

Mene scooty kharidi thi mere sath Ajay magar name ke bande ne fraud kiya hai vo apne aapko army vala bta rha tha or I'd bhi bheji hai mere ko jo me download kar chuka hu or paise transport ke name. Par liye hai ab vo sb kuchh badal rha hai or mene uske account me Dale hai mere sath sare proof bhi hai...

We installed johnson lift eight years before . We did PLatinum AMC . In last 8 years we paid around 4 lacs . In last few years, i kept on telling them to replace the vulnerable items, but they avoided . they said every part was is ok . Our Last AMC was till Sept 2022 . They have not visited the appt since May 2022. I told them to extend the servoce for another 2 months . They accepted the same . But again they brought the agreement to renew from Sept 2022. Without giving service they want to charge the customer . Now somebody came and damaged our part . the lift is inoperational . When complained, they the part is not working and they will charge foe it .
In eight years there was no complaint, now the part is out of order .
One Mr Ashish Mohanty is feeling he is the owner of Johnson lifts . He misbehaves and bent upon to teach a lesson to me .

Sir, Lift door open time and close time found noice noticed. This error intimated to your Service engineer. Lift car Inside switch board one screw not there. We have 5 floor. Each floor outside up press button strucked. These are all informed Eng. Still not rectified.
Pls solve the issues early. This is under warranty.

Hello team, i dont see any update after the payment taken in jan 2022, the person who came to took money is no longer working with them now, and the person who is using his number was not even aware who i am, i shared the copy of contract even though he dont know, what to do

We have a Johnsons lift installed in our apartment (Brundavan Homes Yendada, Visakhapatnam). It is five year old. For the past three years, it has been noticed that the cards are getting burnt whenever there is surge in the mains or short circuit due to squirrels jumping across the transformer terminals. And Johnson's lift engineers promptly submit bills ranging from INR 20000/- to 53000/-. Such a big company not having a protection is something that is hard to digest. They keep blaming the Mains supply and of late the MCB rating. It is claimed that the MCB for the lift in use has a 63A rating. And the service engineers now have thrown the blame on it saying that instead of 32A MCB, 63A MCB is the culprit. Now to repair 9-cards of the lift, the invoice is raised for Rs 53196/- . Upon contacting HOD, Vizag zone, some service engineers were sent to do the mopping up activity. Every year M/s Johnson lifts is raising bills amounting 20000/- over and above the AMC charges. It is surprising that M/s Johnsons lift is taking the public for a ride. One simple question is if the MCB rating is not suitable, how could Johnson lifts install and commission the lift ? This is the third or fourth time the cards are getting burnt. It happened in past also where in Rs 45000/- was raised and after some persuasion, that some cards were repaired, and some were replaced. Can some user of Johnson lifts explain whether what M/s Johnson lifts claim that there is no protection for surge in their lifts is correct? If that's the case, installing Johnsons lift needs to be reviewed.

We have two installed in Mahendra Heights, Bhopal, these were purchased by the builder and as a resident, we are maintaining the lift. When contacted your local representative at Bhopal, we received an offer with a lot of hick-ups.
We asked for certain changes in the offer as it was in the name of Builder, however, the society is registered now.
The prices offered are exorbitant, 1 C cable is being sold at a price of 95 Per Mts., however, the cost includes supply & installation as well.
Payment terms are 100% advance, understand that the market is a niche but consumer parts must be taken care of as well.
In a nutshell, the services are not good & it seems that as we don't have any option we are being literally looted, sales representative behaves like that they re the busiest.

Scope is not mentioned in the AMC contract, sales representative not responding to phone calls, offer submission in our society name is also an issue.

Being an engineer i can access very well what is being offered,
