Hi, The society lift is falling by few meters. Has happened 2-3 times this week and has beenexperienced by different residents including myself. License and ARD renewal not displayed inside lift. Need to have JOhnson report that if lift is Safe to be used. Shall be taking forward for FIR if fit to use certificate or service report is not submitted in next 7 days.

We had purchased a lift on 04/10/2019 lift no LL3858 for which we had not given AMC from Dec 2021 and suddenly lift stop working when we called a lift mechanic for rectification, he had informed that lift is locked by johnson, since you had not taken amc. So johnson had to unlock it from password lock then only the same would work

We have done comprehensive AMC with Johnson lifts for last 8 year, since the lay lift is launched in our appartment. Since the day one they have only cleaned the lift and done oiling . Now when the lift is getting old, and the part needs replacement, they are not doing so . .even after doing compolaints from 8 months they have not done anything .
Till date we have paid 4 lacs for brooming and oiling

Hello I am rishi from raipur chhattisgarh as the society has paid the AMC of lifts 10 days ago the engineer are unable to start the lift due to lack of manpower and proper supply of material
I have a question why don't you sublet your work if you don't have the manpower
Why do you guys take AMC'S i[censored]nable to supply the material

This is complaint regarding johnsons lift installed in LaWonder apartments in hyderabad puppalguda. It keeps stopping and showing error even with people inside it. It doesn't show any error when boarding. This is highly dangerous and your lifts have to be better than this. Fix it fast or you might be open to serious legal issues

Yesterday the lift in the building at Madipakkam got stuck in the evening in the middle between 2 floors and we had to pull the person out using stool and rope. I pay AMC every year and this is the 3 Rd time the rescue system has failed in 3 months. Your service people come and go but are not able to solve this issue. Apart from AMC I also changed the spares as suggested by them. I am frustrated and tired of complaining. Shouldn't the lift stop at the nearest floor even if it's faulty? Can some senior person get involved and solve the issue. Imagine if an old person had got caught inside. They would have panicked not knowing what to do. Can't imagine service like this from Johnson.

Lift no :LH3824 Long back had an issue with lift poweoutage technical came and saw and said belt issue they have fixed temporary and they told they will give quotation in a week it's been 3 months they are coming for monthly service but whenever I ask for quotation they say like they will give it tomorrow or in two days no response from them following up with engineers and no response

Very worst engineers and their service

The service engineer given wrong commitment regarding the duration and the number of visits while getting the payment but not full filling the commitment. When asked for explanation his attitude was arrogant.

Its worst experience and like nightmare to be for past 10 years with Johnson lifts. We gave compliant regarding door opening issue. after several followups their service team visited our place and used the lift and went to 4th floor and came down and left with out any intimation when asked for reason he said he will send other person, another person appeared after one hour and he went to check the lift to 4th floor lift room.

after one hour service guys came down stating some parts are to be replaced and he said he need to check before replacing the parts, with out informing to us he took some parts and came down and said these parts are to be checked with other lift and he took parts outside and came back saying some board is gone.

Untill then lift worked fine and after this came lift is totally dead when asked on whose approval you have taken parts out of premises he is silent ...

Never there is a Job Card Filed by service team
Never they give any work report or problem report.
They behave professional only while giving quotation and company standards are not shown anywhere apart from receiving money.

If we ask for explanation they will start shouting abusing on customers and blame you are the only customer who behave like this.

We will file in consumer court and fight for total money from company and come out of this unprofessional company

What i understood here is right from Zonal manager to low level employee they take our parts and replace with gone parts and take money from us for new parts and they sell this used parts in market.

A Johnson goods lift is installed at APCARL, Pulivendula. Lift No. is L-C4704. Now it's not functioning. Your engineer visited and gave estimate. However, the engineer is saying time frame of 3 years which is too long. Ours is a research institute and need an immediate repair. Hope you will understand and do the service immediately.

Not working of elevator

I have been following up for AMC renewal for the last 3 months, no one from Johnson team is interested to take it up recently I spoke to Mr Bharath ([protected]). Initially he responded and later he stopped attending my calls. Looks like Johnson lifts team no interested in serving the customers.

I hd installed JOHNSON LIFT, but since installation it has been giving problems and was also delivered with damaged cabin pannels.
The Johnson team said it is due to voltage drop. But did not provide any solution.
In my personal capacity, after doing some research and consulting with other lift vendor, got a voltage transformer /stabilizer installed. Now the voltage is maintained above 410 V, but still the lift stops working n sometimes there is a jerking sound.

WE ordered johnson lift for our hospital on 25th march 2022 with agreement to finish the erection within 8 weeks. Even the material did not reach us with in the time as it reached us on 29th may which is 4 days after the closure time after the agreement and no one has come to assemble the lift for 20 days and till date evertything is in shamble with bits and pieces scattered everywhere. because of this the hospital is not able to function even though the whole building is complete. Booked a unit in Habitat Iluminar, Mysore Road, Bangalore, builder promised to provide the possession by May 2022. Earlier it got delayed due to the strike issue from Johnson Lifts employees, after that the builder promised lift will run within 20 days on 26th May 2022. Now the lift installed manually in my tower i.e. 5th tower, if I ask the team when it will be automatically work they say another 20 working days.
I am unsure why such a renowned company who has a thousands of employees taking lot of time to install the lifts in the apartment. Due to the lift issue, I am unable to shift my family and sure there must be many like me who is suffering due to this issue.
This is an unacceptable behavior from the company and its employees.

Company staff know that cable deficiency is there with them at time of booking. They are not even clear when will they meet the supply shortage.
But took the order from us promising delivery in 2 months of time.
Received the lift related materials on 15th June at site. But the company service team states that cable shortage problem will delay the fitting for another one month of time. They are not even sure if cable will reach by 10th July. When the company staff know about their supply issues, they must have not even taken the order. We would have gone for different brand if we knew about unavailability. Being called a brand would make it a superior one today. Its only the service that is being provided makes you a top brand.

Subject lift is not working and showing out of order.
Subject lift is installed at prestigious establishment of govt building. Therefore you are requested to send service engineer and attend job on priority please.

We installed 2 nos of lifts in Dec 21 at Guwahati. Both are not working properly for which engineer attached many times.Now both are non functioning for more than 10 Days.Your service engineer visited many times but failed to repair the same. As the same is in warranty period take urgent necessary measures to replace the necessary parts immediately.

Subject: Poor and deficiency in service from customer service - Regarding

Lift No. L – O7825 and L – O7826 was installed at the below named site on 29.07.2021. After installation the lift has been maintained well and given to service on monthly bases. On 19.04.2022, as per regular maintenance guideline, service was rendered by a person named Mr. Manikannan. G bearing last file No. SMH3883.

On that day itself a request was made to affix an emergency phone outside the lift door to the lift bearing No L – O7826 to meet out the unforeseen situation if any.

Further the lift No. L – O7825 is not working from the day it was given to service on 19.04.2022.

We contacted in this regard many times, but they are not responding properly and continuously asking for the AMC. As per the handing over certificate the date is mentioned as 29.07.2021, so the warranty period is still on live. But till now the requirement has not been carried out after continuous request and there is no proper response from the customer service, this in turn makes very worst impression on your company's reputation.

So, Kindly make sure that the problem is taken up and the concerned are being counseled for their poor and deficiency in service and looking forward to take immediate action.
