Hi,
The lift keeps stopping very often and it has just been around 3yrs since it's been installed. On top of that, the servicing is horrible. We've paid for the whole year and the technician comes every month just for its maintenance. It still keeps stopping. When we are trying to reach out to the technician (non-working hours) that the lift stopped with passengers in it (last time) and again this time, there's no response for any of you guys!!!. It is such a horrible experience to get things done from you!!! What if a kid is stuck in the lift!!! such a horrible service!! I hope you guys fix this ###!!!

    with the reference to the mail dated 27 July 2021, I have to say that till now your company has not taken any response to do the work and we are facing a lot of problems due to your irresponsive behavior. As you are aware that ESIC Hospital, Varanasi is situated in the prime minister constituency and an auspicious project at Varanasi. Your service providing team has not taken proper response even after the serval calls. We are not able to provide the lift services to our suffering patient in the multistage hospital so please take the action to the person responsible for this irregularities at your end who is tarnishing the image of your reputed firm and give the proper instruction to start the lift on urgent basis on top priority .
    I hope your will take the issue positively and resolve it on priority basis as Hospital comes under the Emergency Service providers

      Hello sir/ madam,
      I am Venkateswarlu Cherukumalli, proprietor of Aditya Builders and Developers, KHAMMAM, Telangana.
      In march, 2021 i have got installed Jhonson lift(number-3225) installed at one my project Aditya dream. The lift has been not working properly as it has stopped about more than 30 times and your service personnel has come but couldn't resolve the issue as the lift was stoping now and then. Its effecting my reputation as a builder in my area because of your lift as the flats are premium. I need a permanent solution or replacement for the lift as early as possible.

        One Guy was shucked in life for more then 45 mins and when we complaint didn't got proper response first and later that technician behaved in improper manner at site and still life is not repaired and operational.

            The lift at our Flats(Courtyard Hygrever) near Oragadam is frequently out of order
            I keep your products in high esteem. Your service personnel is unable to identify the fault which is very disappointing.

                Hi sir
                We have purchased Johnson lift (4 member capacity) manual door opening.

                From the day installation completed, we have been experiencing lot of problems with the lift . Not at all satisfied with the service provided till now, every day and after repairs are there your team is coming not able to fix the issue at all.

                How it can be resolved????

                Hope to see you fixing the issue permanently…..

                  My lift is fully automatic and machine room less . his electronic card getting repeatedly damage . they told to get gold amc that will cover it. but now denying to repair or replace and saying not all are covered. this is total betrayals with customer. i myself recommended this machine to many people but now????

                      Our society lift having many issues

                      Our society name is Kesar Valley society chikhali. Our E wing lift is not functioning properly. My mother got stuck in lift and lift door was not opening at our floor. Lift got stuck between 2 floors. Same incident happened with me as well. Also have many continuous issues with outer floor display.
                      Our society members said they have registered complaints many time but no good response from Johnson customer care. My mother was stuck...

                      Date of recent incident 12, 13, 14 July 2021.

                      Respected Sir/Madam
                      With due respect wanted to humbly depose first that, we are a hospital not hotel or some business organization.
                      Only the patients are being dealt here to relieve their pain and agony due to various diseases from which they are suffering.
                      This hospital is not a profit making organization. It has having 12 floors including ground and 3 basement floors.
                      It is the only hope, for the patients coming from far flung regions of the country and reaching the OPD with so much of difficulties.
                      The patients waiting since hours outside premises are let in at least 1 hour before (8am) the OPD time (9:00am), so that they could reach their respective intended floors where they want to see the clinicians.
                      The lifts are operational from 8 AM. But they are not enough alone to accommodate the sudden surge of patients in huge number at once.
                      This initial hour is full of rush as the whole patients waiting outside the premises come at once to reach their respective floors of OPD.
                      The escalators never get started at 8am. Sometimes these even start at 9:50am.
                      The patients get accumulate and compelled to wait in queues for their turn to step inside the lifts despite their pain, disease and tiredness of journey.
                      The matter should be seen with empathy towards patients.
                      We are doctors &, compelled to write to ease the pain of patients.
                      The elevators are not starting on time in New RAK OPD New Delhi.
                      The operator Mr. Madan has been time and again to start the escalators at 8AM on OPD days.
                      There are various other complaints too, regarding behavior of your company’s employee, but mentioning those here will divert the whole main issue towards another direction.
                      Mr. Mohamad Hamid also been contacted, but in vain. The said official denied to ease patients, due to his inclination towards said employee. He told that Johnson is providing services in all AIIMS, across India. Certainly his proud seems the 2nd reason.
                      It’s a matter of shifting 1 hour of time only. One hour, this is crucial for the patients. The same can be shut earlier in the evening.
                      The patient’s illness does not understand company’s business terms and condition.
                      Here in AIIMS, New Delhi patients are left by your company in a pathetic state of affairs.
                      This current time will also pass when all the formalities will be fulfilled and escalators will be handed over to AIIMS itself. But this inert behavior of Johnson will become a bitter memory.
                      Your company is respected worldwide to take care of people and not for only doing buisiness.

                            Hello Sir, I am a resident of BDA Colony, Gaurishankar Complex, BDA Colony, Barai Bhopal, in which your company's lift is installed, there are 18 LIG buildings in which 36 lifts are installed, 18 small lifts and 18 big lifts are installed when the building is built. Jones had installed the company's lift, in which Jogender Yadav, who was working in your company, used to see the work in the middle of BDA Colony and your company has no relation, I do not know about your company when you got tender with BDA but in your company 12 13 people working after checking the lift, every two to three days two people come to check the lift, why those who came first to check, have they checked properly or any person reached the lift side It is given, go and see, for the last one and a half months, we were going to check the goods of the bad lift, why have you not ordered your employees and also tell me Sir ji, today some lift goods have come, our building, both the lifts were damaged. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . hai my father ji 65 amar hai sir heart surgery is done sir what should i do You tell me if something happens then who will take the responsibility sir what is the benefit of such facility which we can not use sir request you request to get the work done as soon as possible will be grateful to you and your company thank you

                              You are well aware why we have not been handed over the lift. There are deep scratches on 3 lift doors, which makes the lift look like it is already used or damaged. None of you were even courteous enough to look into the problem and write to the higher management in search of any plausible corrections that could be made in this regard. You all just disappeared as soon as we showed you the scratches and now you just send me this mail as if we are not interested in taking the lift or we are not in a position to make the 10% payment to you.

                              You are well aware that we had requested you to complete the installation and hand over the lift months earlier. You had citied problems like lock down, shortage of labour, work on an emergency in an hospital etc etc... We did try to understand your situation and did patiently wait for so many months though we are facing great loss and problems because we do not have a lift in our building as yet.

                              It is in the best interest of customer service that you promised while we signed for the lift installation, that you attend the problem as early as possible and then hand over the lift to us. In case at your level you are not in a position to address the issue, at least escalate the problem to your customer care or the concerned senior official at Head Office, who at least will have an idea that we have made such a complaint to you and would suggest a way to attend the issue.

                              Hoping for some positive response from the Johnson Lift team.

                                  When power is cut, lift doesn't go to next floor and open. Next, inspite of regular check up and inspection, lift doesn't open from ground floor. We have to to to first floor and get into the lift.

                                  The problem is, Lift button is jammed and the display is always showing the No. "3".

                                  LIKEWISE REQUEST YOU TO POST THE EMERGENCY CONTACT NO. INSIDE THE LIFT.

                                  Request you to resolve the said issues at the earliest.
