Hello Sir, I am a resident of BDA Colony, Gaurishankar Complex, BDA Colony, Barai Bhopal, in which your company's lift is installed, there are 18 LIG buildings in which 36 lifts are installed, 18 small lifts and 18 big lifts are installed when the building is built. Jones had installed the company's lift, in which Jogender Yadav, who was working in your company, used to see the work in the middle of BDA Colony and your company has no relation, I do not know about your company when you got tender with BDA but in your company 12 13 people working after checking the lift, every two to three days two people come to check the lift, why those who came first to check, have they checked properly or any person reached the lift side It is given, go and see, for the last one and a half months, we were going to check the goods of the bad lift, why have you not ordered your employees and also tell me Sir ji, today some lift goods have come, our building, both the lifts were damaged. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . hai my father ji 65 amar hai sir heart surgery is done sir what should i do You tell me if something happens then who will take the responsibility sir what is the benefit of such facility which we can not use sir request you request to get the work done as soon as possible will be grateful to you and your company thank you

You are well aware why we have not been handed over the lift. There are deep scratches on 3 lift doors, which makes the lift look like it is already used or damaged. None of you were even courteous enough to look into the problem and write to the higher management in search of any plausible corrections that could be made in this regard. You all just disappeared as soon as we showed you the scratches and now you just send me this mail as if we are not interested in taking the lift or we are not in a position to make the 10% payment to you.

You are well aware that we had requested you to complete the installation and hand over the lift months earlier. You had citied problems like lock down, shortage of labour, work on an emergency in an hospital etc etc... We did try to understand your situation and did patiently wait for so many months though we are facing great loss and problems because we do not have a lift in our building as yet.

It is in the best interest of customer service that you promised while we signed for the lift installation, that you attend the problem as early as possible and then hand over the lift to us. In case at your level you are not in a position to address the issue, at least escalate the problem to your customer care or the concerned senior official at Head Office, who at least will have an idea that we have made such a complaint to you and would suggest a way to attend the issue.

Lift door is not opening in Ground Floor

If power is cut, Lift doesn't go to next floor.

Request you to post your emergency contact number inside the lift

When power is cut, lift doesn't go to next floor and open. Next, inspite of regular check up and inspection, lift doesn't open from ground floor. We have to to to first floor and get into the lift.

The problem is, Lift button is jammed and the display is always showing the No. "3".

LIKEWISE REQUEST YOU TO POST THE EMERGENCY CONTACT NO. INSIDE THE LIFT.

Request you to resolve the said issues at the earliest.

Lift no LK 3071 has been stopped by your company on 8th July 2021 with reason that ARD battery life expired. Therefore you are requested Please get it functional as soon as possible

It looks your technician assistance charges Rs.22825/ total for a few tools without any proper details. I asked to share the details with individual tool cost and why we need to replace the tools in the above set in a detailed letter and I received a letter without any details and vague bill for the amount of Rs.22825/- as it is.

I understood the Lift is under the service warranty period. Please provide proper details about what type of warranty you are covering to do the maintenance. So that from next time onwards, we will be clear whether to take the annual maintenance or not.

We don't see any benefit or value addition for the customer based service you are providing with the Service agreement.

In our apartment we have a pregnant lady residing on the 3rd floor. Also, old aged people are struggle to climb the steps.

Please address this as soon as possible.

Dear sir, unfortunately we purchased Johnson lift in January 2021, till date not hand over, no response from site engineer Ganesh([protected]), and they are saying unnecessary reasons for hand over,

We never suggest this company to even my enemies.

Dear Sir The lift LG 8251 at Hyderabad is being maintained by your company for the last three years duly entering into an annual maintenance agreement. This year we have entered the AMC, but the service provided is totally unsatisfactory. Though servicing is being done but immediately after a day of servicing the lift stops functioning.Every week we are complaining and some temporary repair is done and the problem is repeated again.We have complained to Mr Satish, who asked us to contact Mr Arun kumar. On 4th june we complained to Mr Arun kumar. Although Mr Arun kumar promised to do the needful, nothing has improved and in these seven days lift has stopped functioning five times. We are now wondering as to why we should enter into an AMC with you and pay huge amounts as AMC charges if we do not get the service. Will some body respond and do the needful? Periodic maintenance is carried out once in 45 days. However, we are not aware of what check list activities have been carried out. No signed report is handed over to the security staff or no message or mail is sent to us about maintenance activity carried out with date and time stamp.

During each and every maintenance service we used to insist on testing of automatic recovery feature. It looks it is not being tested effectively. Today early morning our security staff got stuck in the list for 20 minutes due to EB invoked power cut. The lift did not move down and land in next lower floor. It got stuck between 3rd and 4th floor. After, some struggle we opened the lift door and the security staff came out. If Auto recovery feature is activated, should not the lift come down automatically to the next lower floor and the door of the lift got opened?

I contacted the staff manager one Mr. Siva to arranage for emergency help. He informed us that he was transferred to Anna nagar office and was no longer looking after T Nagar. we would have been put in comfortable position if we have been periodically informed of staff who are in-charge of our area in respect of maintenance and their contact numbers.

Please depute your concerned staff to our premises and check the auto recovery feature of our lift. As per records available with us last maintenance activity was carried out on 10th April 2021.

Several person get stuck everyday in lifts
No person is available for taking them out
My grandfather is 93 years old
If he get stuck who will get him out
No maintenance at all

Observed the lift connecting to sidewalls of A 106, 206 306 etc while opening at 9th floor got stucked & accordingly has to be manually opened by sliding.
The security has also observed this particular issue & needs to be resolved
Also the lifts naming is essential so that it helps in addressing the problems.

I purchased new Johnson lift few months back and from the time installed almost every month 3-4 times having issues with lift every time engineer comes an fix minor and again issues comes. I have seen very poor response with call center and engineer. This is 3rd lift we ordered but having serious issues with this lift.

Please prioritise it and donpermanent fix asap.

I regret to point out that it seems as if there is nobody to take care of this particular issue, the situation has now crossed the alarming stage also,

We have expected much more professional response from a prestigious and reputed company like you

We were requesting you to treat this breakdown on a top urgent fashion, but it’s almost 2 months we are running behind you to get it done, our administration and maintenance staffs has to place frequent calls to get a proper service, for each call the Johnson service team made a temporary fix stating that the problem is resolved, but the same issue is repeating for almost 45-50 days

So please do provide us an actual date of the proper rectification and work plan

Johnson Lift No: L-G8953 under AMC Platinum No:SMD3154 has been facing repeated malfunctioning inspite of their service engineers coming over to repair.

The lift lands at the wrong floors and also indicates Floor 5 when there is only 4 floors in the building.

The building residents include very senior citizens with severe comorbid conditions requiring frequent visits to hospitals. In fact one of the residents has to undergo dialysis and is unable to use the staircase.

Require immediate attention.

I am Ranka Colony Bilekhalli association member. We have taken yearly AMC. We have already register our complaint but after more than 15 days no repairs have been done. Lift is getting struck . So please attend this problem as early as possible.
