Life does not take command

So we have our hotel project in Bhopal.
We gave the tender to Johnsons Lifts.
Obviously we know Johnson is a leader in its segment.
But i never expected a probable deceit, unprofessionalism, and extreme case of negligence from the employees of your prestigious firm.
So employees of your firm want us to pay for a material, which they allege that it has been stolen from our site.
My take on this issue is that if they produce the 'Delivery Challan' before me, I will have no issue in bearing the costs.But unfortunately they dont seem to have the 'Delivery Challan'.Neither had they told me about the said delivery as well.

I am a Small businessman here in Bhopal. Johnson Lifts has emerged as a big player because of its fair play, adherence to certain standards in operations.My point is that how can someone claim for something from me when he/she cant produce the documentary proof of the same, which he/she claims to have reached my site.
I, as the Hotel Owner, am extremely proactive.I had told the company executives that whenever any material reaches my site, they must inform me.Sadly the company executives claim that they 'forgot' to intimate me about the same and they 'forgot to draft a Delivery Challan'.
I have also dealt with several construction projects.Even a micro-Small businessman knows the protocol of delivering material.Something that costs 10% of our project cost(90000 rs) cant be kept without the delivery challan.

2 things are possible:-
1)Either your employees here in Bhopal do not know how to function in MNC like yours.They cant follow the petty procedures which even a Small businessman follows.They as a team dont deserve to be a part of your organisation.This act in itself creates a severe dent on Johnson's brand.
2) Employees are involved in the theft of the said material.Today it is a matter of some cable, tomorrow any vendor can say that he had put a kohinoor diamond at my site, now it has been lost and thus i'll have to bear the costs.My main point is even if you had put a kohinoor at my site, firstly u got to tell me about the same and secondly u got to produce a delivery challan for the same.
If such a procedure is followed, I'll for sure bear the cost of misplaced item.

But the matter of fact is that Since ive not been told about the delivery of material.Moreover company execs are unable to produce a 'Delivery Challan'.Such a strange and wierd non adherence to SOPs creates suspicion for us.I am right if i say the company executives are trying to play smart and something really fishy is being cooked up here.How can i pay for a Kohinoor diamond when no one told me about such delivery and when there is no documentary proof of such a delivery.I get an impression that this act is just a petty tactics from the side of your Bhopal officials in order to churn out more money from us.

2020 AMC silver - Problem occurred approx 50000 materials cost paid.
2021 AMC silver - again problem and they send me material cost Rs. 55000 demand.

I think I have taken wrong decision purchased Johnson lift in Patna.
service engineer who has visited to me is less experienced. Running lift is now at shutdown.

Johnson goods lift not working and display shows the out of service

We have ordered Johnson Basic lifts for 6 people (408Kg) f for our site Adityapur Jamshedpur. All payments and criteria have been completed on our behalf, but have not yet been delivered to the site according to the product quotation on time yet. This is work in a government project and the government fined 10lkhs for not completing the work on time, now who is responsible for it and there is no response from your sales and service team. I do not know any situation of your progress. All Details are attached.

This is to bring your attention to the Johnson Lift & Escalator company that has been non responsive to the innumerable complaints filed by Vipul Gardens Residents in Ghatikia Bhubaneswar which have never operated seamlessly for 24 hours. There are no defaults in the AMC or payments to Johnson, however the lifts installed have a breakdown every single day. There are people who are heart patients and have to walk their way to the 15th floor. There have been multiple accidents and multiple times that people have been trapped in the lifts for hours. There has, however been no obligation from Johnson folks and the service engineers.

I'm nachiket Bandewar from nanded maharashtra I'm facing problem with lift, many times I called the supervisor they told for AMC but they never giving quotation AMC and till the date. The problem is solved . second thing I purchased this lift before 1 year ago till the date they not providing the licence of that lift. Every time they're giving the reasons.

I need to frequently follow up for my lift maintenance and it is not done in time. Lift maintenance personnel spoke in a rude way always. Request to look into this matter. He does not do proper lift servicing and not always in time. Kindly check the history of the maintenance dates.

I have got manual lift fitted in my house last year in July month in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. During warranty period the lift battery got damaged and I reported it the month of March. The maintenance guys assured it would be replaced but due to covid situation it wasn't done on time. We are still waiting for it to get replaced. After multiple complaints things are not getting fixed. Please address the issue urgently

We made payment during 2nd August and received lift material during 2nd sept and till now installation of gates were not finished, even after couple of visits, wrong installation of gates Was happened which is highly unacceptable and non tolerable

I got this lift installed 5yrs back and constantly getting amc renewed every year. As part of contract we are informed that 8-9 services will be provided to end customer in a contract considering 45 days of gap in between two services.
For the last amc i had with the comapny no service was done after may-2020 and my contract ended in june-2020. Hardly 6-7 services were done throughout the year. Reason company employee yograj [protected] put is due to covid we won’t be able to service. I asked him to complete the pending services and renew the amc after covid in month of may but he is only saying that he will send someone for service and discuss with seniors for amc renewal. For past few week he is not picking up calls as well. This is pathetic and intolerable as an end user. We have paid for amc and should get the promised number of services. No service has been done since may and the duration of amc has also expired. Yograj is not even picking up calls and neither sending someone for servicing.

Highly irresponsible representatives are working for johnson lifts and spoiling company reputation and making customer support miserable
Dont recommend johnson lifts

I am owner of the johnson lifts company in pune. My lift has been down for couple of week due to inability of johnson to service it as they did not have spare parts. After 3 months of on and off down time.. They finally got it fixed yesterday but again the lift has stopped today. Since the amc got over presently, the goons at johnson lifts are saying we will not provide spare parts till you get amc. I am sure the engineer who came to fix yesterday has tampered with the lift parts to pressurise me for amc. This is nothing but mafia giri by johnson lift and am planning to make this viral and take appropriate police and legal action against them if they dont fix it.

The lift is not working properly. When the lift run 1 floor to another floor the lift car vibrate and loudly sound. The lift car level and floor level did not same any floor. The lift is hang many time. The lift door did not open many times.

The operating button on 5th floor becomes in effective after every three or four days. Your technician mr. Harish is very cooperative and attends on every request. But there looks to be some manufacturing defect which needs a technical audit. Yesterday the fault was rectified by mr. Harish. Today the lift stopped working again and was stuck at 3rd floor and the display is showing p0 but even after switching off the supply to reset as advised, it is non operational. Kindly look into the problem and provide a permanent solution.

The lift no l-b6945 was installed to our appartment - mari gold appartments — in 2010 and since them we are having an annual maintainance contract and the same is being serviced by your techinical persons only... We do not entertain any other person to get the repairs done as we have an amc with johnson.
About 10 days back the lift is working but the cabin is not going up to the 5th floor, it stops only at 4th floor. We have given a complaint and ur service persons after several follow up visited and could not identify the problem.
Finally they said that the part on the 5th floor board is worn out and requuires replaement. We have paid 25000/- last week and they said will get the part but till date no sign o[censored]r persons. We are continuously following up but till date the problem remains resolved.
On the fifth floor senior citizens stay and are not in a position to move out on medical reasons also as the lift is not working and is creating a lot of inconvinence.
We have again given complaint to prakash-service head and till now there is no response.
It this is the way a service complaint is to be attended and is this the manner an issue of a small manginute is to be handled.
Firstly there is no reponsible person to take up the matter, all the small time service tech are handling the issue and are not in a position to resolve the same.
The lift contact nos mentioned and pasted in the lift are out dated and not working.
How can we handle such poor and horrible service.
This is purly due to lack of interest fm ur side... Kindly make sure that the problem is taken up and the concerned are being counseled for their poor service.

Hi sir, i would like to renewal my lift maintenance with johnson lifts. My lift maintenance has been expired in the month of nov 2019. Since ours if flats with 8 house f & s floors. It has taken time to collect amount among all to renewal my lift maintenance. When i called to renew my contract - i came to know even if i provide check now (Feb 2020) the contract will get renewal with back date ir nov 2019 which is not correct - i would like to renewal my maintenance contract from feb 2020. Please do the needful.

Johnson lifts is charging high cost of spare parts. They only give lump sum cost of al, they refuse to give the cost of individual spare parts. When requested they just give hand written & and give 10% discount on lump sum amount, it is very surprising to see why a company like johnson wants to hide the actual prices from the customers. They also charge high maintenance costs (Amc) which is very very high.in amc they provide 8 service visits.
I request the management to look into the matter as for the domestic service this is becoming a huge burden & we are forced/compelled to find other service providers due to unrealistic prices of spares & amc cost,

The left provided by johnson almost 25 years back, its under AMC, still getting struck every now and then and emergency botton also not working. we took upgradation cost from johnson, and they gave a quote of rs 4.20 lakhs for upgradation of controller for the existing lifts. they said its vvvf based controller latest version., and for gear service and motor services. the new lift is provided at 7 lakhs and for upgradation a very huge cost is charged.

We have issued the po for amc maintenance to johnson lifts and the team is not responding even after continuous follow ups, since the warranty got completed the amc was requested. Its been 2 months since the po was handed over till now not even a single visit from johnson lifts. Such organization who cannot offer after service should be black listed and not be allowed to promote their products in the best interest of consumer. If they dont respond then why should the customer buy products from them.
