Joister — Frequent disconnection of internet and no reply from helpline numbers

The internet disconnects frequently and the the helpline number picked up the call and said that a technician will arrive in 3-4 hrs, but no one showed up.And then when i called the helpline number no one picked up .Their service is pathetic. We took the line just 15 days ago
