I am Dnyaneshwar Edake from Solapur (Maharashtra)
My mobile no is [protected]. My internet connection is not working since last more than two weeks. I have repeatedly complaint and send more than 15 email. But still nobody cares I have paid annual charges for my connection. Deliberately harrassing.
Even they don't reply to my query of refund of amount in case I close my connection.
Please help and resolve my problem.
I am ready to complaint to TRAI/TDSAT.

I have Joister broadband connection in mita road, the service is hopeless, every alternate day there is an issue and the worst part is that the customer care does not respond, they either dont pick the phone or make excuses

The Net provider is not good... it's very bad...Most of the time, the Internet is not working.. Also, if you plan to spend weekly off by watching Netflix...then forget it as your Internet will be down at such times...They provide bad service once you renew your Year Pack...There is no Customer service number to register complaints as most of the time that Number is not reachable..For Mira road people, don't purchase this provider...It's worst... Please don't purchase it if you are a IT professionals as this Internet sucks ...

Joister connect complaint in satpur nashik

I have been facing the issue for irregular internet connection from several days and not getting proper response, and now also i have no connection since last two days and no customer care number is available.
It's really unprofessional service that we have paid for the whole year in advance and still have to face these connection problems time and again which is WASTE OF OUR ALREADY PAID MONEY AND TIME.

Not Providing FNF
I was employee of Joister I have resigned from Joister in December and my last working day was 6 Jan 2020 but I haven't received my FNF and Joister HR is making full to me I have dropped several mails to them as well as given call to Paras Lakhwani he is HR head in Joister but he is not providing proper solution and giving me FNF. Nikunj Kampani not allowing them to clear FNF.

I m live in mangaon Raigad Maharashtra. Due to natural climatic cyclone at 4th of Jun happen. Ur service is break to till date.i visit to ur office in mangaon Raigad from 4th of Jun to till data but they r ignored and not resume service.so I request you to please do the needful

Joister service is so bad i have complaint since 5 days no one is coming for chekcing that it is working or not. Since tomorrow online unit test will be conducted by the school and how my daughter will give the answere if your services are not available. Everytime when i am calling your customer support is asking for all details, i dont know when i am providing you my mobile number to the customer support, the screen should automatically shows that this person is complianing since last 4-5 days. You are therefore requested to send you technician at the earliest are rectify the problem of my internet connection.

Joister service is so bad we are complaint since 10 days no one is coming to check we have work from home and kids have online school how do we manage no one is giving response only it’s really difficult to manage we call up so many times a day but nothing is done by the joister team

Pathetic service. Please don't use this service provide. Once they install then they dont answer phone calls or resolve issues. My internet is down since 3 days and yet no solution. Even i thought lets give it a try with Joister service even after bad feedback i got it installed but now i am regretting it. If you want a service provide then use anyone but not joister.

Hi, i am rupesh patil from kharadi pune, i have applied for connection to joister on 16 march with executive committment for installation within 2 days i have rs 5310, but no. Connection installed, i hasve called customer care but no reaponse so dropped an email to joister either to give connection or refund. Till 5 may no response from their side, so sendban email again, then by chance i got the details of engineer who is working foe our area, so called him and on 6 may he established internet connection, but during this 2 months, joister annual package increasebto 5900 so they have claimednadditional 590 from me, i have deny to pay, so now theu disconnected, my concern is why should i pay extra as it is only because of joister which caused delay

We have been using your internet since days, service so pathetic. we called your customer more than 2000 times. Local customer care people are also least bothered. Money collected in advance but in service zero. Not only my single alone problem in my building more than 10 people are using the same.
Service is so pathetic. How to react really dont know. What you will get by giving this kind of service. You're wasting our valuable time.

I have subscribed for plan no: 30mbps_ultd_h_annually-data 1
I have paid advance amount of rs7080 valid upto 14/08/2020 by voucher no199880 dt.17.07.2019 issued by joister.
Complaint:
My internet is down since 27/02/2020. I had complaint through email on 27/02/2020 time 5.42pm it was not attended hence i raised complaint through help desk
My complaint tkt116808 dt 02/03/2020 was closed without resolving it.
Again i raised complaint tkt118013 dt 06/03/2020 this till open and not resolved.
Since 27/02/2020 i emailed 38 times requesting to resolve my problem but nobody has been attending it: only email replies of false assuring that it will be attended.
Since 27/02/2020, i have called to helpdesk for more than 40 times but all in vein except i get false assurances from helpdesk.
Here issue is fibre cut hence my internet is down since 27/02/2020. But nobody from joister is caring for attending and solving my complaint.
Solapur office of the joister, do not allow me to talk to them as if they were deaf and dumb and directs me to talk to helpdesk and prohibits to enter their premises.
I request joister to start my internet immediately. If joister is not able to serve me as per contract then they may refund me the advance amount paid to them.
I am a chartered accountant, due to internet down i am loosing my business, work and income, who will compensate me for internet down since 27/02/2020.

regarding wiring complaint on joister customer care.

I am joister user (Anuragn), already launch complaint (Tkt101764) in joister through earlier and recently on yesterday but still not solved yet and got the message that your ticket has been resolved, i don't understand why they are taking a ticket request if they want to close without attempting to solve though.
Actually my cable wire got broken due to heavy rain in pune couple of months before. However problem not got resolved so meanwhile my self went to the tarries and joint broken wires but that is temporarily solution they are not coming to fix the problem permanently. Kindly provide the help to solve this asap.
