I had taken joister broadband connection in june 2018 for one year subscription and my joister connect id is [protected]. I shifted to a new flat in same society on 25th august and since then i have been requesting joister consumer care team to transfer my connection to the new flat. First of all they asked for unreasonable transfer charge of rs 885/- and it is some sort of blackmailing since they have already taken advance charge for the full year and they are not ready to return the money if i disconnect the connection. So i had to unwillingly agree to the transfer charge, but still they have not shifted my connection in the new flat. I haven't got any call either from joister transfer team on possible date for transfer. It is about to be 10 days since i requested for connection transfer.
This is very bad service from joister connect and if i had known this quality of service, i would never had gone for joister broadband connection.
So please assist me in highlighting joister poor service and let people know about it.
