Almost once every week i face net not working issue. I keep creating ticket with mobile application and it gets resolved without my confirmation whether issue is resolved or not than i have even talked with customer support and asked for permanent solution and they promise me everytime for that but no postive outcome and when i asked to refund my money they tell me to mail them they will help with issue and you can escalate issue on mail i have done that also but problem still persist. I have 30mbps speed unlimited scheme of 12months and now they are cheating by not providing net alteast once every week. Was this information helpful? |
