Joister — Terrible service, rude customer support and won't provide a refund

So I paid around Rs 2650 for 6 month 1 mpbs plan on 25th August. The sales guy told me wiring will be done max within 4 days. After 4 days I called the customer support everyday to get my connection started. They promised me everyday that will be done by the evening. They activated my account on 1 September when they knew my internet was not even started. Finally their engineer came on 5th September and only did the wiring. He said he will come by the evening and start the internet. He didn't come that evening. After wasting almost hour a day talking to customer support. He finally came after a week. The internet was working fine for 5 days then it went down for a week again. Again I called their call centre and like always they promised me to send someone. But they did not. After 2-3 days internet started working again. Guess what internet kept going down frequently again. When I called customer support they used to put me on hold for 20-25 mins and then hang up. Sometimes they even hanged up on me when I was telling them about issue. These bad mannered employees don't even know how to talk to customers. They always lie. They tell you problem with is your computer. When I tell them I have tried to login on other laptops. They hang up.In the month of October my internet was down for more than 10 days in a row. As usual calling their customer support was of no use.Then it started magically on its own as usual Then again on 31st Oct my net went down and I called their support for the last time and as usual no came to fix it. So on 5th ocotober I asked for a refund. Their rude employee called me immediately and asked me why I want a refund when the line is working perfectly. I told him explain to me how is the line working perfectly when I had working internet for like only 15 days in 2 months. Then he hung up.

I have wasted more than 500 minutes of my talktime talking to these cheats. I had to visit cyber cafe and buy internet pack on my phone when I had already paid for a broadband connection.Anyone who wants went through a similar situation and wants to take further action contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

Joister give me a refund or deduct 2 months charges refund rest of the money.
