This is another company cheating in the name of projects with upfront as refundable security deposit . Josoft, Josoft technologies, Josoft tech, all are the same companies only, to every client they use a different name, right now to my knowledge they are using a josoft technologies pvt ltd .
These guys look legit with their standard behaviour, but they are criminals to the core . They ll call u a lot of time for the upfront just like all other frauds out there and when its time for our payout, they ll not answer and i[censored] find alternate number from websites or google, then they ll give excuses like their boss died, their company is in debt or some lame excuses . they ll try to irritate you by not answering your calls properly like they ll attend and they ll talk to someone in the background when u try to have a discussion regarding updates about payment.

They cheat people with accuracy parameters, at first they ll say that they wont calculate silly mistakes ( the same word will be in the agreement too, but there wont be any explanation for what a silly mistake is ) so what ever mistake u make is not silly according to them and ll affect your accuracy . they say that i[censored] make 20% mistakes out of 30000 or 60000 forms, ur contract ll get terminated . but 20% doest mean that u can make 6000 mistakes for 30000 forms lol, i[censored] make 60 mistakes out of 30000 forms and each form is of 30 to fourty columns each, ur contract is terminated and u wont get any payment or refund .

See for example a form with 30 columns multiples 30000 times, that is 900000 datas u r going to type and i[censored] make 60 mistakes (that is equal to their 20%, i dont know where they learned their maths lol) ur contract is void .

like very other frauds, their consultants will be talking with a sweetness to trap you to spend lakhs for them. And they do have a harsh payment team to give excuses in a manner as like u r asking them loan or something lol.

I[censored] get projects from them, u ll have to pay them few lakhs as refundable deposits( which u ll never get back in 7 lives) and you ll have to pay salary for people who work for you and your other offic expenses too lol. Their target is Startup companies and they use their agreement to safeguard them and to throw u away when u have paid their upfront .
