I visited Joyalukkas Bhubaneswar with my mother and faced serious issues:
- Staff said making charges were free, but they added full charges in the bill.
- They counted our cash by hand and claimed it was short, but I verified the amount was correct.
- When I asked them to use the cash counting machine, the reading showed a different amount, but they ignored it and insisted their count was right.
- They didn’t give us a bill at the time of purchase and sent it via WhatsApp two days later.
- The manager and staff were rude and uncooperative. I’m concerned they may have misled my mother and other elderly customers in the past.
I request an investigation and strict action to prevent such behavior.
