[Resolved] Jp Solution — I am complaining about mental harassment and demanding money | |||
My name is Subhratanu Rakshit, i got a call on 8 Nov 2019 from JP Solution company then they told me about video watching job and told me its a home based job so i agreed to do that then they ask me for my id proof through whats app then i provide it. Then they send me a agreement through mail and told me to sigh and provide OTP. But i disagreed to the agreement.Then they try to convince me to sign the agreement over phone and whats app. But i did not sign the agreement. The all conversesion perform on whats app but i refuse to do the job then they block me and delete their conversion from there side but i have my conversesion in my phone.Then they told me to send back the agreement to cancel agreement in "[protected]@gmail.com" mail.Then i send back the agreement by writing that "i am not agreed to do the Job" but after some time i receive 3 to 4 OTP in my phone.But on 27 Nov 2019 i got a call form an advocate about the company and emending 1lac to 1.5lac for breaking the agreement which i have did not sign. Dec 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved thanks and not happy with consumer compalints threatning mail after resolving i was forget to click resolving menu after one day before getting first problem solving mail next day i got a mail from your side saying " This is from consumer complaint site, your case file in company already resolve after posting complaint but you are not resolve your complaint, so company is ready to take legal action against you, today company start legal process against you, so you talk with company we can't help you.
If you want to avoid them resolve your complaint"
