Hi i am from kolkata on 8 th nov 2019 and they told it is jp solution, online watch video jobs. You can earn 12500 after 10 days work completed. After that i sent one id proof and address on whatsup no. After that they called me and sent one email and thay called and told click on that link and acccept, then you will get your id and password. After this i done and then they sent me some contract paper in email and user name and password for clicknearn.com. I not sing any document or any link i don't do any next process because i search for this company on internat not valid address or many fraud done by same stamp paper
Uk5115 and egremnet paper i ignore and avoide call.

Today they called me and asking submit amount 8000 for your cancellation fees of contract otherwise we send you a notice.

Please help me regarding this

I said yes, I was told that you will be given a user and password so that you will be able to log in, then you can watch the video and earn money, so I said yes I asked you to log in, then they told you mobile I do not have to login to laptop or computer. I said I do not have both a laptop and a computer, so I want to login to the mobile, so they said that you will not be able to work on the laptop or computer or leave work.
So I said okay I will not do
Then I did not ask them if there would be any problem, then they said there would be no problem. If you delete the login and password, then I deleted them, today after a month I got a call saying that legal action will be taken against you, police will come to investigate.
And if you give one lakh rupees and give it, then your hair will be finished

I have got a call from JP solutions saying there is a work from home job which includes 250 Links of Videos. And Need to watch it per day. After 10 days of doing this salary will be released fo 12, 500. And if i fail to do so i nees to pay 5000 ra as cancellation charges.

I have paid 7500 as a cancellation charge bt still they are asking and threatening me for more money saying that it was 11 months contract and need to cancel by paying sometimes they ask for 17000 sometimes for 9000.

Please give me the solution on this

Dear sir, myself subhash debnath from kolkata (25, udaypur olai chandi tola 3rd lane, kol-700049. On 13/11/19 i received a call from ritesh gupta ([protected]) offered me for a part time job. For which i can't invest any charges and any hidden cost. I have to seen daily some videos, for that i can earn salary. For that i have to send email id & driving license. After that one verification call received from a lady and she told me 1 mail i received for signin and put in an otp. That time she was too hurry and forced me for signin that time. So that i can get appointment letter. After that 1 agreement i received, there are written by j. P solution that if i can't do the work, then i have to send money rs.5000/- every month for 11 month. This all are written on indian non judicial stamp paper. Surprised which is not signed by me. And on that time that day i want to send cancellation mail to [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com. But mail was bounced due to address not found. After that 2 times they called me & claimed money from me. And yesterday (3/12/19) another 2 number ([protected]/[protected]) contacted to me, & told me he is advocate & trying to harrasement me & directly thrate me. Another 2 mail also got on 3/12/19 from advocate. [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com. All the docs which i got from them and also attached the whatsapp conversation with ritesh gupta, who have done chitting with me. After getting the agreement i called him many times, but he doesn't pick my call & also blocked me on whatsapp. Here i attached ritesh gupta photo also, which i got from the whatsapp dp.

So it's my humble request to you please save me from this kind of chitting company & take action against them. So that common people wouldn't be harrased by them.

This is rajat saha from howrah, wb, i got a call from [protected] on 13/11/2019, for work from home youtube video link and watching job. He told me that i can earn rs 1250 per day by watching the link send by him. For that purpose he asked my id proof on whatsapp no. [protected] and i sent him my voter id card and mail id. Again he sent me an email (From [protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in and call. [protected]@gmail.com) with a link to accept the agreement which i did not accept after reading the agreement copy. Then he called me to reply back that email if you are not interested. I replied them showing my denial to this offer immediately received mail from them again he emailed me the acknowledgement of acceptance of agreement on a 100 rs stamp paper (With no. Uk 5115 which was emailed by them to another complainant in your site) and a fake digital signature and asked me to attend a call for verification. Then i stopped receiving his call. But after some time again today (03/12/19) they're sending threatening mail in terms of legal notice. I never signed the stamp paper and replied them back that i am not interested, still after that time they kept sending agreement confirmation and all. I dont know where how did this stamp paper come from with year 2018. When i searched about the company and found many fraud complaints of this type of companies on your website harassing people and demanding money. So i decided to submit a complain against them.

Now i request you to kindly help me sir to solve this issue and guide me what step should be taken again these frauds so that lakhs of other job seekers dont get cheated in any manner by these fake companies.

The company named jp solution demanding money for not doing work. Few days ago they call me, i denied for work, then they call me again. I denied but after some days they send me mail including attachment of stamp paper of rs 100/- of my acceptance though i didn't accept it. Then they send me login credentials in which work can't be done, i try but nothing is there. Then i send mail to them but no reply. No call call receive. Today mr abhijeet kulkarni asking that he is from company's legal department, he is demanding money from me and asked me if i didn't paid the money he will file the case against me. Please resolve this.

I'm facing the same problem as said by bikash ji... Inaddition, someone named mr. Manohar moore sent me an email and is repeatedly sending me messages stating that they will file a case against me. My gosh this kind of statements are unbelieveable. I'm very dissatisfied with these types of peoples they make useless claims and disturb the normal human beings stating that they will be in trouble.

My name is Subhratanu Rakshit, i got a call on 8 Nov 2019 from JP Solution company then they told me about video watching job and told me its a home based job so i agreed to do that then they ask me for my id proof through whats app then i provide it. Then they send me a agreement through mail and told me to sigh and provide OTP. But i disagreed to the agreement.Then they try to convince me to sign the agreement over phone and whats app. But i did not sign the agreement. The all conversesion perform on whats app but i refuse to do the job then they block me and delete their conversion from there side but i have my conversesion in my phone.Then they told me to send back the agreement to cancel agreement in "[protected]@gmail.com" mail.Then i send back the agreement by writing that "i am not agreed to do the Job" but after some time i receive 3 to 4 OTP in my phone.But on 27 Nov 2019 i got a call form an advocate about the company and emending 1lac to 1.5lac for breaking the agreement which i have did not sign. And i have also got an email form "advocate associate " mail.

After that i sent one id proof and address. After that they called me and sent one email and thay called and told click on that link and acccept, then you will get your id and password. After this i done and then they sent me some contract paper in email and user name and password for clicknearn.com
When i tried to do video watching jobs after login their user name and password. Not able to open a single video link. I tried two to three days. After that i give up to login and do thia.

Then today again they called me from [protected] and told that i am abhijeet kulkarni advocate and as you failed to complete jp solution job, you have you pay cancellation charges. Then they sent me one email with some.

On the 4th of november 2019, i received a call from a lady who named herself "nidhi" but true caller identified her as "spam". She offered me a job of watching videos on mobile for 10 days wherein 250 videos were to be viewed everyday and 12500 rupees to be paid to me as salary. When i inquired more she asked me for my id proof on whatsapp no.-[protected] then she will brief me more about this online through a link, when i forwarded my id proof to her on whatsapp she forwarded it to another lady who called me from unknown number. Even she spoke all the above tasks and i wanted to know how to do it and what are it's requirement before i could give my consent. She guided me towards a website and asked me to feed the otp after which i can know everything about the job.

After a few hours i received a mail from "[protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in" where they made a fake agreement on a big business deal on matters which were completely never discussed upon.

The 10 days as communicated to me became a 1 month contract, while there was no discussion on fines, the contract had an agreement of 5000 rupees fine for 1 months. While i am a simple salaried person and became a business associate in their papers, while i am an undergraduate student became an owner of an office with well developed infrastructure to outsource their job in their contract papers.

Many such kind of concatenated, imaginary and deceitful points have been scribbled fictitiously which are a complete myth. They wrote that i agreed, while i never ever agreed

The fake contract papers also consisted of a threat to be sued at the court of law at aurangabad if i breached the conditions. But the fact remains that no such agreement had even been shared with me or neither did i convey my agreement to any such contract. And after some days over a lawyer contacted me and tried to demand ransom of 7500 which i never paid. The lawyer even shared his bank details on whatsapp no. [protected]and threatened me to pay on the day of 16th of november 2019 or else he would charge me 3lakhs for dishonest.

Out of mental harassment when i searched for the company in google, i didn't find any clue to any such company in existence, rather i found many complaints about it in various forums. They are using the same stamp paper and leaving first page for every person. Even that is not registered or notary public authorized.

Hence forth i am ignoring their calls and e-mails, since i already replied my denial to them. Again in a situation when i have all the stress of an elder son to fulfilling my family's necessities, i very honestly accept that i do-not have the patience to take the harassment of such companies who could go to any extent to extort money from innocent people

Please help me to get out of this.

Before some days i received a call from unknown number and were saying about online video watching job and they take my identity and adress after that they send me fake agreement terms and conditions which were not disclosed on call, after 10 day send me warrant through email by fake advocate and he is continuesly mailing me and pressuring me to pay fine, i refuse to pay coz the agreement is fake,
Kindly solve the problem and take them into the custody coz they are running fake online engine and harrasing the new generation for money

I was contacted on 22nd of October and asked about a video watching work form home. I was told i will earn 12500 by watching a minimum of 250 videos out of 600 provided daily after 10 days the payment will be made. I was asked to send aadhar card on a whatsapp number and then I received a call for confirmation and the man asked me for an OTP which i didnot ever receive over the call which is absolutely illegal but I wasn't aware then hence he just asked me my number and filled in the OTP himself. He did not tell me that on not completing the work there was any penalty of 5000. Later when the call ended i received a mail which had a legal agreement having fictitious conditions to claiming i have signed it where as I wasn't even aware of this LEGAL agreement and penalty clause along with other clauses. Also On 22nd Nov i received a set of login and password credentials. I declined to this and tried contacting the WhatsApp number who actually contacted me in the first place but that man didn't respond obviously ever again. Such frauds. Now again on 1st Nov they send me another set of id and password and said my account was activated. I was confused what was happening because noone was responding hence I could not decline to anyone specifically hence I mailed my declining on their support number. Noone contacted me until today. Today I got a mail form their legal team a lawyer threatened me if I don't pay they will sue me saying they have recording of a call where I agreed but actually that call doesn't have my voice at all. I am a student and very depressed over this whole thing. Kindly help me by solving my issue as I have seen consumer forum has helped many people with such complaints against the same company JP solution. I have attached all important emails for reference . The legal paper is also fake because it is 2018 stamp paper of court of Maharashtra having number UK5115 and a stamp of June 2019(although they claim i agreed to it in the moth of October ), which is same for all the people they have cheated before similarly.

After the same incident happened, I tried to google about JP Solution and found many incidents of the same category happened with many people across the country and escalated through this channel (https://www.consumercomplaints.in).

However, the irony is that they (JP Solution) are still doing the same wrong thing with so many innocent people and making them the scape-goat and there has been no legal consequence against them. Unfortunately we continue to accept everything under the sun until it bothers us directly. We can sleep for such a long time, still not tired. "Mera bharat mahaan".

We should be desperate now, we need to figure out how and what went wrong. Our mindset makes us admit all wrong doings of anyone around us. "Jaago hindusthani, Jago". We have to operate according to our strengths and geographic locations. If we are in trouble because we believed in things easily then we should highlight all that factors those are proved to be "FAKE".

I was called on 14-Oct-2019, by an executive, Ms. Priya ([protected]), from J.P Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra and offered video watching work from home. On discussing the scope of work, she told me that, They will create an ID/Password for me on their partner website and using that I have to login into my account. There the company will share links to youtube videos and my job is to click those links 250/day and the video should run for 30 seconds or more and there will be no registration charges for that. These are the only terms and conditions discussed in verbal only.

The work do not go as I hoped and I upon calling back no one answers the call, so I decided not to continue the work until someone will call me and ask for the issue.

On, 01-Nov-2019, I got Whatsapp message from Mr. Kartik Mane ([protected]), Advocate of J.P Solutions Pvt. Ltd., in which he threatened me to file a FIR against me if I do not pay him today only.

As I do not respond to his messages, I got text message from BR-ARBITR on 7-11-19, 8-11-19 and 10-11-19 mentioning that this is the last intimation, failing this they will proceed to file an FIR under section 420. The text message mention the number [protected].

JP solutions is a fraud group, they get the details from online job portals like shine.com to cheat people looking for job.

Request you to please take action against them.

She told me that i can earn rs 12500 in 10 days by watching the link send by him on there specific portal https://clicksnearn.com/.

For that purpose she asked my id proof on whatsapp no. [protected] and i sent her my aadhar card and mail id. Again she sent me an email (From [protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in and [protected]@gmail.com) with a link to accept the agreement which i did accept. But i could not open or download the agreement copy. Then she called me where i mentioned that i could not read or download the agreement copy. She told me that the same will be sent to me by mail. Immediately a call from a person came to me with a recorded voice confirming that i have to perfom to see 250 youtube videos everyday for 10 days and if there is any gap within 10 days then an amount of rs. 5000/- will be chargable. Which i excepted and also i informed him that i did not receive the agreement copy.
Soon after a mail was provided to me with the voice recording (This is a pre recorded voice where my recording i. E. My voice which i spoke while in conversation was not the same) including an acceptency copy but without the agreement copy.

After which i started the job and completed viewing 250 videos for 10 days.
After completing my job i called up the helpline no. [protected] confirming that the job has been finished (Starting from 22nd october 2019 till 31st october 20019), i asked if anything require to be done. They confirmed me on phone that, "i need not have to do anything, but require to wait until any communication is done and will be done within 3/4 working days"

I waited and last saturday 2nd october 2019 i received a mail from advocateassociate. [protected]@gmail.com
That i have not completed my job, so i require to pay rs. 5000/- or legal action would be taken and corresponding legal notice from advocate.. Mane had been sent to me.

They have started black mailing me right now. By sending me sms messages. Attached.

The Advocate company called "Advocate Associate" have started threatening me for the money or IPC 420 and IPC 406 will be charged .

The Advocate was also a fake Advocate and also the company is a Fake company, rather paying me 12500/- they are charging me with Legal notice.

They have started black mailing me right Now. By sending me SMS messages. Attached .

Kindly help anyone on the matter.

I never signed the stamp paper and replied them back that i am not interested, still after that time they kept sending agreement confirmation and all. I dont know where how did this stamp paper come from with year 2018.Then they asked for money that I have not completed the task. And sending mail from different email as advovate of different benches and they take ligal action against me. When i searched about the company and found many fraud complaints of this type of companies on your website harassing people and demanding money. So i decided to submit a complain against them.

Now i request you to kindly help me sir to solve this issue and guide me what step should be taken again these frauds so that lakhs of other job seekers dont get cheated in any manner by these fake companies.

I am from Maharashtra the unknown number call me and tell my name Nikita Ifrom jp solution and tell send me your I'd I send her and tell 250 videos u are watched this in per day total 10 days u are watched and earn 12500 I am unemployed so I do then I asked for her for salary she told me five days later our accountant called me and tell the salary discussion but I tell her for before joining you are tell me send my salary through my account or any cheque she not discuss and our accountant call u they send me contract letter for11 months so I dought it I searched in Google for jp solution I not any find the company and I see this is a fraud company many people harrashed by this company so I can't work to that company and they are called me I don't reacivecd their call then he can mail me you are not complete the work you have a penolty charges and he can case me also so sir plz help me what I can do

i am sunita from indore. he call me 5th of cot 2019. i am totally denied that work, then send me letter i am not accept that. Jp solution is fraud they also joined me without my knowledge.

They make their own agreements without my discussion or my permission.

On day 11 oct 2019, i had call from JP solution's company executive regarding online part time job offer, in which i have to watch videos of 30 sec time for 10 days min 250 links per day compulsory.
Same day they asked my id as Aadhar Card, i provide them. So they made agreement on my id.
Within 1 min their confirmation call came to agree the agreement, i didn't get time to read the agreement so i said phone call, i am ready. That was my first mistake.
After reading agreement there was 11 months agreement but they told me it was only for 10 days.
First of i wasn't aware about agreement paper how it made.
Now i acknowledge that agreement can be done front to front with your sign and with involving from both side third person involvement for proper proof.
So now i can conclude that that agreement is not valid.
First i was to try to watch the videos but no single videos showing on the screen after that I was call on his customer care number but no reply found from there.
Today 23 oct 2019 I received one email from Advocate association and she also call me for pay the registration cancelation charges and I decline. after that she is also pressurize me to pay and also send me the Messages for last chance but I not replied any thing.
So I requires to all please be aware this types of fraud company

Still after 12th day i got call from ajay takur name advocate that you have not completed you work and we are proceeding to you file in court for breach the agreement.
I scared coz call form advoacte and have to atted the court, so i asked them how to terminate resolve the issue, he asked me to pay 7250 rupees.
I payed as per they said, but after that they said to terminate your agreement you have to pay again 23000 rupees. I denied for their request so they intimidate me that you will face ipc 420 and you will go to jail for 7 months,
I shared this whole story my colleague, he said this is online fraud na i got in.
This is completly online fraud.
I cant able to write some points here. I know iwont get any penny for this mistake but i dont want they will deceive anyone like me.
Please help me capture these fraud compny people.

On day 1 oct 2019, i had call from jp solution's company executive regarding online part time job offer, in which i have to watch videos of 30 sec time for 10 days min 250 links per day compulsory.
First i thought 250 links of 30 sec i can do it, so i agreed to do it.
Same day they asked my id as driving license, i provide them. So they made agreement on my id.
Within 1 min their confirmation call came to agree the agreement, i didn't get time to read the agreement so i said phone call, i am ready. That was my first mistake.
After reading agreement there was 11 months agreement but they told me it was only for 10 days.
First of i wasn't aware about agreement paper how it made.
Now i acknowledge that agreement can be done front to front with your sign and with involving from both side third person involvement for proper proof.
So now i can conclude that that agreement is nt valid.
After doing my job for 10 days by watching 250 links on provide by site "clict to earn" by entering userid and password which provided by them.
I had completed my task in 10days and i had shared them printscreen by mail.
